“… so that they wore themselves out groping for the door." Genesis 19:11 (ESV)
My name is Abraham Hamilton, III and this is The Hamilton Minute.
In spite of the recent Supreme Court victory for cake artist Jack Phillips, the Colorado Civil Rights Commission has Jack in their crosshairs once again.
On June 26, 2017, the same day SCOTUS agreed to hear the Masterpiece Cakeshop case, an attorney asked Phillips to design a cake that was pink on the inside and blue on the outside to celebrate a gender transition from male to female.
Jack declined. That design violates his religious beliefs about sex and gender identity.
Now, the Colorado Civil Rights Commission has found it probable that Jack has unlawfully discriminated so they’re after him again.
