Former CNN commentator and Temple University professor Marc Lamont Hill was invited to speak at the United Nations International Day of Solidarity with Palestine as the ‘representative of civil society.’
In his pre-written, prepared remarks, Hill urged the United Nations to support Palestinian uses of violence against Israel as a viable “political possibility” and concluded by saying “justice requires a free Palestine from the River to the Sea.”
That phrase is used by people who believe Israel must be eradicated.
Hill was fired by CNN, but he’s still teaching at Temple.
