Senator Corey Booker asked D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals nominee Neomi Rao whether she believed homosexual relationships were sinful.
This followed his questioning of now Secretary of State Mike Pompeo where Booker asked if Pompeo believed homosexuality was a perversion.
Before that, Senator Bernie Sanders objected to Russell Vought’s nomination to the Office of Management and Budget because Vought believed Jesus Christ was the only way to eternal life.
Though the Constitution prohibits the application of a religious test, this represents a growing view that Christianity disqualifies one for government service. Take note.
