Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, has decided the Senate will vote on the apocalyptic socialist “Green New Deal.”
This is a brilliant move because it forces Democrat legislators to go on record concerning the proposal to eliminate air travel, retrofit or destroy every building in America, eviscerate the fossil fuel industry, and cure that pesky cow flatulence problem in 10 years.
By now, it’s obvious how insane the proposal is but vote against it, and you risk alienating the most energized component of the Democrat base, the radical regressive.
The turtle is shrewd.
