Joe Biden stood before an audience at the Council on Foreign Relations and bragged about getting Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin fired.
The cover story carried by the media was that Shokin was fired in an effort to stamp out corruption.
While stumping for Biden in Iowa, former Secretary of State John Kerry was recorded on video saying he, Biden, former President Barack Obama and his entire administration were working to get Shokin fired to help Ukraine win its revolution against Russia.
