In Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, SCOTUS affirmed the constitutionality of states seeking to honor their constituencies’ prerogative to keep their tax dollars away from organizations that murder babies.
Money collected from taxpayers at the state level comprises about 43% of Medicaid funds. SC said we don’t want our tax dollars used to pay baby murderers. The lower appellate court said SC couldn’t do it. SCOTUS stepped in to say, yes you can!
Every pro-life state in the country should immediately pass laws and take action to strip Planned Parenthood and other baby murderers of their Medicaid funds.
