President Trump’s Department of Justice is dropping a lawsuit filed by the Biden DOJ that tried to force Idaho to allow unborn babies to be murdered.
Idaho passed it’s Defense of Life Act to protect moms and their unborn children, preventing doctors from terminating pregnancies unless medically necessary to save the mom’s life or in cases of rape or incest.
In August 2022, the Biden-Harrises sued Idaho to overturn their law and to force hospitals to murder babies in elective abortions.
The Trump administration, however, has now notified the necessary parties that it is dropping that ridiculous lawsuit. Praise God!
