Directly contradicting A.G. Merrick Garland, IRS Whistleblower Gary Shapley has testified under oath that U.S. Attorney David Weiss was instructed not to pursue charges against Hunter Biden. The New York Times has now published reporting corroborating Mr. Shapley’s sworn testimony.

The Times wrote,

A second former I.R.S. official, who has not been identified, told House Republicans the same story. That episode was confirmed independently to The New York Times by a person with knowledge of the situation.

Independent corroboration here probably warrants mention prior to the 21st paragraph. But, hey, they published it.
