Amazon's CEO announced a roll back of the company’s remote work policy and will now require employees to come into the office to work in person at least three days per week.

Employees were furious. More than 14,000 employees joined an internal company communication channel to express their anger due to the policy change. Nearly 80% of those 14,000 employees claimed they would start looking for new jobs. Others drafted a formal petition against returning to the office.
