Nine states have now filed lawsuits against the Biden administration over its new Title IX rules forcing all K-12, schools, colleges, universities or any organization receiving Title IX funds to allow males to use women’s restrooms, locker rooms, and to compete in women’s sports and vice versa.

The Attorneys General for Montana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Idaho, Texas, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina have all filed lawsuits over the administration’s interpretation of the civil rights law.

It is patently unconstitutional for the Biden administration to unilaterally amend a congressionally passed statute in furtherance of its regressive agenda.
