Exploring God's Order in Creation and Contrasting It with Political Chaos
From the moment, that God spoke those words, let there be light, he created a system of order, that absolutely defies chaos. From the, way he created the world, the separate days and the separate creations, to waiting until the last of the days to create man and then woman. Because it was not good that man was alone. From a casual observation of the way the planet runs night and day arranged for us. God doesn't need night or day to the planets and the way they move and don't move. Those aren't circles they turn in. They're finely crafted oval shapes. That is the orbits of the planets. And they don't crash into one another. And very rarely does a star crash into another star. And you take that down to the level of our bodies or the organization of species which are so clearly delineated. It's easy enough to look at a fish and say, I Bet you swim. He is a God of order. And you have an opportunity coming up on, November 3rd to vote for order or chaos. That seems like an oversimplification, doesn't it? There have been chaotic moments within the Trump administration. There just was one. Pete Hegseth said they were going to do a live execution of the terrorists who, murdered people at Fort Hood. And President Trump came along and I thought, in a very well crafted post, said, yeah, we're not going to do that. It's just a tiny little bit of chaos. And it passed because it wasn't that big a deal. I mean, taking a human life is a big deal.
The Democratic Party's Association with Chaos versus Republican Law and Order Principles
We should do that reluctantly. But that man has earned that. Biblically speaking, he's earned that. I think the execution. The Democrats across the board are a pro chaos party, and that's interesting if you think about their approach. They're the governing party. Okay. How is it that they're governing creates so often chaos? Now, I know there are people saying, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. You're making the argument for a dictator because dictators bring law and order and. No, no, no, I'm not. If President Trump is doing anything dictatorial, I want it to stop. I don't like the executive orders, but that's the way the game is played. And I'll take President Trump's executive orders over those of Barack Hussein Obama any day. Barack Hussein Obama's executive orders introduced the lie that men are women and women are men. It introduced chaos into college sports, introduced chaos into locker rooms and high school and junior high sports. President Trump's executive order came back and recognized the order of God. God made us in his image, male and female. He made us in his image. That's simply undoing an order by Obama, but it's order. The Democrats are pro chaos when it comes to voting, and there are Republicans who like the broken system, but not President Trump and not most of them running in this midterm. Democrats across the board. There's not a single Democrat you can name who's in favor of law and order. in our election system, they prefer the chaos, because in chaos, one can hide a lot, such as massive amounts of fraud. The DOJ is not finding examples of this with the 400 illegal immigrants in the separate country of Washington who the DOJ says have voted a, combined 1500 times gladly. The separate country of Washington, of course, has said, wow, thanks for telling us that. We'll get these people, off of our voter rolls right now. No, you know I'm kidding. No, the separate country of Washington said so what?
Liberty Within Constraints: Examining Chaos in Immigration and Used Car Markets
And those are the ones we found. That's an example of cast. I will vote for order. Now if that order crosses a line in the dictatorial actions, I'll remind myself that God is pro liberty. Liberty means freedom within constraints. It's not anarchy. Freedom within constraints. So if you want an example, a 22 seconds example of what chaos looks like, installed chaos by a party that is pro chaos. And in this case in regard to our immigration or, pardon me, our voting system, listen to this admission made during California's 9th Circuit Court hearing. I don't think anyone disputes that. I think the government is saying that we should stop the vote from counting. An illegal vote from counting. Well, you would agree that if there is an illegal citizen, I mean a non citizen that votes and we don't stop it now, that that vote, that ballot will then be counted.

Todd Herman That's absolutely correct. Got it. The government in that case refers to the doj. They want the illegal voters removed from the rolls so they cannot vote. In fact, some of them have already have already cast ballots. Those ballots should not be counted. The state of California is saying yes, they should be. We have no way to know. Well, the DOJ knows it's chaos. There is not a position taken by the Democrats that didn't take chaos. I'll give you want an example that's not related to any of the big hot, ticket issues. Used cars.
The Economic Chaos of Used Car Destruction and Its Impact on Young People
Barack Obama made a decision to force the destruction of perfectly good usable used cars. The sort that you used to buy when you were a kid. My first car cost 1500 bucks. It was a 1966 Chevelle that we fixed up into something kind of nice. 1500 bucks. Under his EPA in an executive order, Barack Obama ordered the literal destruction of used cars to the point that dealers would bring them into their shops, turn on the engine, drain the oil and replace the oil with a silicon gel that would then change as the oil heated up into crystals and literally destroy every single engine part on purpose, lock it up, never to be used again. Couldn't even sell a perfectly good head for parts. What happened? The price for used cars skyrocketed, making it seem that new cars cost less in comparison. He did that to pay off the auto manufacturer labors union and it resulted in chaos for young people who now can't afford cars.

Part of that goes back to that decision. Everything they do invites chaos. Or let's take a look at a country that's far along ahead of us in terms of Chaotic leadership from globalist leftists, the mass migration in the uk. It started somewhere. it starts with accepting people who are in our country as chaos agents. Abdul El Sayad isn't in our country. I mean he's a citizen and he lives here, but he is a. was expressed support for the Muslim Brotherhood. The NewSong York Times has now confirmed this. They confirmed this in a story that originally came out of the Free Beacon. They broke that story. That's a conservative website. So of course the NewSong York Times doesn't give them credit for that, but they actually reproduced some of the letter. He, he said this. He was writing to M. The Egyptian president in support of the Muslim Brotherhood. And now his campaign is declining to answer questions about this, which can create a chaotic situation for them. But what we've seen has been created in chaos in Minnesota and other parts of the country, in Michigan, where there are people who are following a different political system and legal system and philosophy and they've been imported in advance in mass numbers. They have no interest in joining America, no interest in our constitution, no interest in respecting it. And it's chaotic.
Understanding Chaos Through Analogy: The Football Team and Voting for Order
How could it not be? I mean, again, take it down to an easy to understand level. Let's say you run a football team. You're the head coach of a football team and the government passes a rule. And on your 11 person team that's on the field at any one time, there have to be three people who've never played the game of football but are excellent golfers. How's your team going to do? It's going to be utter chaos. Bring on people who've never played a lick of football into the huddle and tell them something super easy. If you're a former football player, you'll get this. Hey, I need you to run a, go 15 yards out, do a hook, on a hook pattern to the left. Run a J hook to the left. A what now? Multiply that across the country. I'm going to vote for order. Republicans are far from perfect.
Critiquing DEI and Chaos in Policing, Paris Riots, and European Union Policies
I'm not here to tell you they're a godly party, but they are a party of law and order, not chaos. The Democrats are pro chaos. The globalists are pro chaos. This was just amusing and infuriating at the same time. It also comes out of the UK which is proof of what chaos brings when you are a party of dei, which is hiring people because of how they look, not because of what they can do. Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley, this is from the Metropolitan Police has responded to the unacceptable online Abuse directed at a Met officer who received an award at yesterday's annual Police Federation conference. Police Captain Fiona ah Shulk Umar was recognized for the outstanding contribution she's made for women in policing. So this is a woman who is job is allegedly to protect members of Parliament. She's on that, that, that team. And true enough, in her picture she's wearing a Muslim headscarf. That's her right. She's wearing glasses, not a big deal. Oh, she's holding a a semiautomatic rifle, what some people would call an assault weapon. The barrel of which is pointed at her colleague's femur, just about his groin. And her finger isn't just on the trigger, it is gripping the trigger. Her knuckle is white because she is gripping the trigger of a semi automatic rifle pointed at a colleague's femur. For those playing the home game version of a Disciples view, being shot in the femur at that range would take your leg off and would likely kill you from a bleed out. Chaos UK citizen Neil Oliver had this to say about the Paris riots, arguing that state actors are trying to incite chaos and social unrest across Europe.
Neil Oliver The trouble, the violence, the burning, the people running about in black with their faces covered and you know, all of that is, I would say is driven by state actors. You know, that's deliberate attempts to pour petrol on something and to turn it into a fire, which is what's happening. But I think eventually it'll burn itself out from exhaustion. It's all desired by the, by the centralizing forces that are the, that are at the heart of the European Union.
The Erosion of Nation States and the Rise of Imported Ideologies in Europe
You know, they're not in, they're not interested by definition the European Union and its panjandrums, it's, it's you know, it's its leaders. They don't want nation states, they don't want a France, they don't want a Germany, they don't want an Ireland, they don't want a Spain or a Greece or an Italy. In order for countries to be entities, meaningful countries, nation states, you have to have meaningful borders. The government that has to be genuinely elected and wanted by the people. All of these are the hallmarks of meaningful nation states. None of which increasingly the member states of the European Union have. They're not real countries. There's no such place as Britain, there's no such place as Germany, there's no such place as France.

Assessing Political Candidates' Faith: Comparing Paxton's Authenticity to Tal Riko's Marketing
Welcome back to Disciples View. I'm Todd Herman. We'll get to the tab. Babbling in a personal note and ah, an interesting note from someone the other day. gosh, you know sometimes I fail to bring this in. I'm starting to do a segment and I realize I man I should have copied this and brought it over and I'm going to go find it later and give proper due to the email. I believe the gentleman's name is Kurt, who wrote to me about this segment being in the world and not of it and we really focused down on this and the gist of his letter was kind of twofold. Number one, if we're going to be in the world and not of it, we should do an honest assessment of the Faith of political candidates. And he's correctly noticing that I've talked a lot about the, the false faith of a false teacher. James Jimmy Talrico, he's running as a Democrat in Texas for the Senate. Ken Paxton is running as a conservative. Paxton, the Attorney General. James Jimmy Talrica has been a state representative and I talk a lot about the so called faith of Talrico because that's his marketing pitch. He pretends to be a Bible scholar and correctly pointed out I hadn't spent a lot of time talking about Paxton's faith. He's right. I don't know if he has any. from what I can understand, he doesn't claim a church of which he's a member. He had been a member of the church. and it could be that he considers this private, I don't know. But here's what I observed between the two candidates. We're just going to make a comparison. Ken Paxton isn't wearing a Jesus suit.
Comparing Political Corruption and the Republican Party's Stance Against Chaos
Ken Paxton's had his controversies. the, it seems the entire Bush dynasty is against him and they tried to take him out. And if we're going to do an honest comparison, honestly between the two candidates, I would take good old fashioned old boy corruption in politics, which I don't like. If we're not of this world, we can't like it. But we can't expect Christian behavior from non Christians. And if Paxton is not a Christian, we can't expect that of him. And we are not here electing an elder board. We are working within a human design system, the best one on earth because it makes it difficult to have human kings. We're electing flawed people. And if we're going to do this direct comparison, at least Paxton is not out wearing this skin suit of Jesus. And that should offend every single Christian. So if I were to look at this comparison, just compare these two candidates, I would say on that front I would prefer Paxton just as I prefer the Republican Party, even with all its foibles and corruption, because it is not a party that is pushing chaos in every single aspect of American life.
Chaos in Portland and Mocking God's Design: The XX/XY Shirt Controversy
I'm just still again sitting here. This is very difficult for me to be shocked. I shared with you earlier this week a, woman who is a colleague and someone I know and for whom I have great professional respect. And we're friendly with one another. I wouldn't say we're friends, but when we see each other, we're friendly. Brandi Cruise and some of her friends were kicked out of a Soccer game in Portland for the women's team there. Well, there's no such thing as a woman in Portland. So, the, the birth givers or uterus havers team, in Portland because they wore XX XY shirts. Now I shared that story with you. That's the full reason they were kicked out. They weren't doing anything other than wearing shirts. A Lyft driver picked these ladies up. Most of these ladies are over 50. One of them walks with a cane. He recognized them from social media videos and he kicked them out of his car in a terribly dangerous city. Well, most of Portland's not, but downtown Portland is deeply dangerous. And then one of the ladies said that Lyft canceled her account because she wore a shirt that said xxxy. Recognizing the two sexes. God created us. See, even there in a soccer game, leftist globalists create chaos. But why? Because they're mocking God's design.
The Christian Duty to Vote: Choosing Between Order and Chaos in Elections
They're mocking God's word to his face. And God will not be mocked. So on a meta perspective, knowing that Christians have to vote, we are under a duty to vote. We are told to be good citizens. Peter tells us this, Paul tells us this. We're to be good citizens. That means we would vote. If you want to look at this from a different perspective, you and I, with the Holy Spirit who are saved through Christ, we're ambassadors of Christ. We have to do the very best job within this society to express Christ's truth when we vote. And it doesn't get it simpler than order versus chaos.
Heresy Comparison: James Talarico's Pastor Denying the Gospel vs. A Witch's Beliefs
And that's what we're facing. So the second point, and I think the gentleman's name again I think is Kurt. The second point, beyond comparing Paxton and James Jimmy Tonarico that he made, was is his church really that bad or are we taking certain clips and highlighting the worst of the clips? So let's do another form of comparison. Okay? Let's take what the supposed Bible scholar James Jimmy Tonarico says about the gospel and about therefore Christ, who was and is the Word. Let's compare him and a witch, a woman who says she's a witch. So here's so called Christian James Jimmy Tallerico's pastor, denying the gospel. It's very possible that Jesus rose from the dead. It's also possible the body was stolen, right? I mean that's possible. It's possible the disciples stole it to keep the Romans from getting a hold of it. It's possible the Romans took it because they were afraid of a resurrection on the third day. The question I want to ask you Is, do you want to live your life based on a maybe? Do you want to just bet your entire life that what somebody a long time ago told you? Because somebody told them that, yes, I do. It's possible that Jesus was an actor hired by French aristocrats to travel back in time. James Jimmy Tall Rico attends that church. Now, guys, Christians, men, women, friends, if you are sitting in the pews of a church and a pastor spoke those words, would you sit there and go, I am hearing good, solid Christian teaching. Would you then dig in and stay at that church? That's one clip. Talarico, the birth. Mary giving birth to the Lord Jesus is an argument for abortion. Talarico There are six sexes. Talarico, there are 69 genders. Talarico Christ is one way to God. So is Buddha. So is Muhammad. It's not just one clip. And again, Paxton, Ken Paxton, he has his own concerns with Christ. He's not confessing him in public. You and I cannot save James Jimmy Tallarico's soul. We are to pray for it and for him. We should pray that Ken Paxton in fact, loves Jesus and follows Jesus is in repentance of sin and that he would in fact confess Christ. Because Jesus tells us those who confess him in public, he will confess in front of his father. And the inverse and opposite is true. If you don't confess Christ in public, he will not confess you in front of his Father in heaven. But that's the pastor, one of them leading the so called church in which Talarika is a member, remains a member of.
Comparing Heretical Teachings: Talarico's Church and a Woman Identifying as a Witch
Compare that. Let's see if that is any more or less heretical, than this woman who has a lot of things to say about being a witch.
Speaker D I identify as a witch. I identify as a druid, and I identify as a priestess. I'm very pagan. So I work with the old gods. I work with Sumerian gods, Egyptian gods. Gods and goddesses particularly. I think the thing about witchcraft is that it fills a hole that's been left by. I don't like the word traditional religion, because actually, our religion's a lot older than Christianity. Christianity is like 1500 years old. Traditional goes back to Sumer. Traditional goes back to Egypt. It's people who've been left out of that. So we have a large contingent of neurodivergent people, definitely the LGBTQI community, who know they're very welcome in witchcraft, who don't feel welcome in other spaces. We don't ask people to be other than who they are. We get a large Gen Z contingent. And then, and I think the one that surprises people most, a lot of women over the age of 50 really like a lot of very angry women over the age of 50 who are ready to burn the house down, which is a lot of fun for me.

Voting for Order: Crime Reduction, Immigration Law, and Border Security
Does that sound dissimilar? So just doing a meta comparison. I am voting for the party that is law and order. We've seen the biggest reduction in crime in recent American history, if not ever. I am voting for reinstallation of order within our voting system. I'm voting for a reinstallation of immigration law. As difficult as it can be to watch, and sometimes it's hard to watch, I don't like seeing little kids removed from the country they've only. The only country they've known. I don't like it if you are watching them be trafficked by coyotes across our southern border and abused during that process. We wouldn't like that either. I don't like seeing 15 people sweating nearly to death laying under a canvas, tarp hidden in a truck with hay bales on top of them and they are pulled over and thank God they're taken out of the truck because they can barely breathe. Some are passed out. I don't like seeing that, particularly when it involves kids. Chaos is chaotic.
Expressing God's View: Law, Order, and Compassion in the Election Cycle

We aren't here seeking revenge in this election cycle. At least I'm not. I hope you're not. That's the province of God. I'm going to do a civic duty which far more important than that I believe is a Christian requirement.
Correcting the Record: The Age of Christianity vs. Paganism and Demonology
Now that's a woman who thinks she's a witch and definitely has spiritual problems. And just one point of correction to her. She said that her false faith and the witches and the demons to which she prays that her so called religion is older than Christianity and I would just tell her no, nope. The God of the Bible has always existed, therefore always it will exist, therefore is older than your demons that are fallen angels created by the God of the Bible and because of the virtue of by virtue of the Holy Trinity, Jesus Christ is just as old. The word we call Christianity is 2000 years old roughly. But the personage of Christ is eternal. I just had to correct that. This young woman is not a witch. She comes from western Washington in an area by the way, where 2.4. Listen to this statistic.
Gender Dysphoria Statistics and the Fight for Girls' Sports in Washington State
Camas, Washington in Vancouver, Washington. Those places are just across the river from the separate country of Oregon and it's a 15 minute drive in the downtown Portland from Vancouver, Washington, 2.4% of teen girls have been diagnosed as having been born in the wrong body for the purposes of insurance covering wrong sex hormones and surgery. I'm not saying 2.4% of them have received it. I'm saying in Camas, Washington and Vancouver, Washington, 2.4% of teen girls have their insurance company's approval to get wrong sex hormones and presumably gender mutilation. Surgeries, Chaos, the mocking of God's design. Republicans have been drug into this position except for President Trump who quickly adopted it that this should be illegal. No federal funds can be used for it. So this young woman is speaking in that community of canvas. This is Francis Stott addressed a rally in support of the girls of Camas school's cross country team.

Honoring God's Design for Family and Parenting: The Role of Parents and Truth
Welcome back to Disciples View. I'm Todd Herman. We'll get to the Tao babbling and a personal notes here in just a moment. there have been, I think we talked about this, maybe earlier this week. I mentioned it, but didn't get into detail. there's a new program, that hospitals are taking advantage of, with children who go in for surgeries. And this is brutal. It's so dishonest. And people who perform these things should be embarrassed. They can't be because they're so convinced of their own wisdom. Let's go through some things. You shall not lie. You shall not lord your power over others. We should respect God's design for family. who makes the decisions for the kids? Primarily, it's the parents. Sometimes the state steps in when there's been abuse and that abuse is proven. Sometimes grandparents step in in times of stress or if a parent's gone astray. But it's God's plan that a married man and woman raise their kids and around the doorstep, put the word of God, word on their foreheads, teach them what is right. And in, their older days, they'll return to that.

Talk about God as you walk along the road, et cetera. Fathers, do not exasperate your children, but bring them up in what is right. So the Bible has a whole lot of discussions about what constitutes the family unit. Therefore, is because of this that a man leaves his family and clings to his wife, and they become one flesh. Children, obey your parents so you will live long in the land.

And there's lots of ways to lie. one of the ways that hospitals lie is they have five, six, seven, eight pages of lawyer written word soup. And overwhelmed families, are asked to sign this stuff. And people have been taught respect the white coat. And you'll hear statements like this as they pull up a form on a computer in front of you. And it's eight pages of word soup and lawyer soup. And, this is the standard form we require everyone to sign before the procedure. it protects you and your rights and our hospital. And you can read a synopsis of it here in the patient Bill of Rights we're giving you in your booklet so you can refer to that. This is your patient Bill of Rights to be informed of all the procedures. And inside that computer on the form is a phrase like medically necessary interventions as determined by hospital staff. So your child's going in for surgery. You're scared. It's a scary thing to have a kid in for surgery. I know that it's a scary thing to have your wife in for surgery. Scary thing to go through surgery. And you, if you read that form, most don't. They just sign it. They just initial it and sign it. With the computer. It says this phrase that they're going to do these things to your kid or your daughter and perform these services and all other medically necessary interventions as determined by hospital staff. Well, your kid's asleep. And there's this program called Close youe Eyes Will Immunize. They don't tell you that. It doesn't say in the contract. We're going to inject your kid with an MRNA injection, supposedly against Covid and maybe another one against flu. And since all vaccines are one day going to be MRNA's, all the other MRNA's, that we're going to, inject your little girl, with the so called vaccine against cervical cancer, which incidentally causes profoundly more problems, than it prevents. After all, that is a communicable disease, comes through sex at young ages. So they do this where kids asleep. This has happened to 18,000 children in one hospital. One, in Colorado, in a Colorado hospital. Only now are we learning about this lawyer, Eryn Seri is starting a lawsuit in regard to this. I'm not a doctor, I'm not a lawyer, but I'll tell you my advice. It's one I've used. Never sign a form that's on a computer. Print it out, read it in detail, find sections like this that say phrases like medically necessary interventions. Draw a line through them, cross it out, initial that Date it and make other changes. Write at the bottom of the paper something prescriptive. No vaccinations to be given whatsoever. Initial that, date that, and then when you sign the contract on paper, sign your name and write below your name as amended. And then write the date as amended as of this date. Take copies of that. Give one to a lawyer, family, friend. Have one for yourself. Take one for the hospital. Give that to them as close to the procedure as possible. Wait until the last minute because they will have had the emergency or the surgery room booked.
Safeguarding Your Contract: A Strategy for Handling Hospital Forms and Procedures
they'll have the doctors there, the nurses, the anesthesiologists. It'd be very expensive for them to cancel it and protect yourself. And if you're the one going in for surgery, have an adult there with, with, with power of attorney to do the same thing and do the same thing with your contract. That's my suggestion on this program. Hillary Clinton's Proposal to Expand the Supreme Court for Political Gain
Todd Herman you stole 5 million bucks. That's really not in question. I don't think that's. Is it okay to do that if you're black? I have to check on that last sound bite. In today's tower, babbling Hillary Rodham Clinton, whose career she owes to her husband, William Jefferson Blythe Clinton iii, wants to expand the Supreme Court, but only when Democrats are in power. And I also think it would be very difficult to have term limits on Supreme Court justices because you'd have to amend the Constitution. I think instead we should seriously look at expanding the court, while the Democrats are in power. You know, it used to be that you'd have one justice for each circuit. We now have 13 circuits. We should have 13 justices. So I would be in favor of looking at that and seeing if we could, you know, make it work, but only when Democrats are in power. I wonder why. Nostalgic Reflections on Free-Range Childhoods and Unstructured Play
On a personal note today, you know, I was thinking back, as I do often during a personal note, to days as free range kids. Did you, did you grow up free range? I can remember that we left our house very often at 9 o' clock in the morning, which somehow seemed early. Then my body wakes me up at 2:30 or 3:00 clock in the morning. Now, as an old man, some of that seemed early. And my mom always, always made sure that we had dinner and lunch and would call us home for lunch. And breakfast was often more, well, chaotic or grab as grab can because, hey, get out of the house, go do things. And so sometimes that was a game of unstructured tackle football that somehow we survived having never worn helmets. I mean, we were little kids, we could only hit so hard or we had an incredible cool experience that there were no fences in our neighborhood for a long time. So everybody's backyard was our backyard and all the neighbors were cool with that. So we could set up full on, football fields and baseball fields. And then there was the wealthy people that moved into a big block of property behind us and they got llamas. And we learned that if you, we weren't mean to the llamas, but getting too close to them, they'd spit at you. And they were good at that. I can remember those free range days.

From the moment, that God spoke those words, let there be light, he created a system of order, that absolutely defies chaos. From the, way he created the world, the separate days and the separate creations, to waiting until the last of the days to create man and then woman. Because it was not good that man was alone. From a casual observation of the way the planet runs night and day arranged for us. God doesn't need night or day to the planets and the way they move and don't move. Those aren't circles they turn in. They're finely crafted oval shapes. That is the orbits of the planets. And they don't crash into one another. And very rarely does a star crash into another star. And you take that down to the level of our bodies or the organization of species which are so clearly delineated. It's easy enough to look at a fish and say, I Bet you swim. He is a God of order. And you have an opportunity coming up on, November 3rd to vote for order or chaos. That seems like an oversimplification, doesn't it? There have been chaotic moments within the Trump administration. There just was one. Pete Hegseth said they were going to do a live execution of the terrorists who, murdered people at Fort Hood. And President Trump came along and I thought, in a very well crafted post, said, yeah, we're not going to do that. It's just a tiny little bit of chaos. And it passed because it wasn't that big a deal. I mean, taking a human life is a big deal.
The Democratic Party's Association with Chaos versus Republican Law and Order Principles
We should do that reluctantly. But that man has earned that. Biblically speaking, he's earned that. I think the execution. The Democrats across the board are a pro chaos party, and that's interesting if you think about their approach. They're the governing party. Okay. How is it that they're governing creates so often chaos? Now, I know there are people saying, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. You're making the argument for a dictator because dictators bring law and order and. No, no, no, I'm not. If President Trump is doing anything dictatorial, I want it to stop. I don't like the executive orders, but that's the way the game is played. And I'll take President Trump's executive orders over those of Barack Hussein Obama any day. Barack Hussein Obama's executive orders introduced the lie that men are women and women are men. It introduced chaos into college sports, introduced chaos into locker rooms and high school and junior high sports. President Trump's executive order came back and recognized the order of God. God made us in his image, male and female. He made us in his image. That's simply undoing an order by Obama, but it's order. The Democrats are pro chaos when it comes to voting, and there are Republicans who like the broken system, but not President Trump and not most of them running in this midterm. Democrats across the board. There's not a single Democrat you can name who's in favor of law and order. in our election system, they prefer the chaos, because in chaos, one can hide a lot, such as massive amounts of fraud. The DOJ is not finding examples of this with the 400 illegal immigrants in the separate country of Washington who the DOJ says have voted a, combined 1500 times gladly. The separate country of Washington, of course, has said, wow, thanks for telling us that. We'll get these people, off of our voter rolls right now. No, you know I'm kidding. No, the separate country of Washington said so what?
Liberty Within Constraints: Examining Chaos in Immigration and Used Car Markets
And those are the ones we found. That's an example of cast. I will vote for order. Now if that order crosses a line in the dictatorial actions, I'll remind myself that God is pro liberty. Liberty means freedom within constraints. It's not anarchy. Freedom within constraints. So if you want an example, a 22 seconds example of what chaos looks like, installed chaos by a party that is pro chaos. And in this case in regard to our immigration or, pardon me, our voting system, listen to this admission made during California's 9th Circuit Court hearing. I don't think anyone disputes that. I think the government is saying that we should stop the vote from counting. An illegal vote from counting. Well, you would agree that if there is an illegal citizen, I mean a non citizen that votes and we don't stop it now, that that vote, that ballot will then be counted.
Speaker B Correct?
Todd Herman That's absolutely correct. Got it. The government in that case refers to the doj. They want the illegal voters removed from the rolls so they cannot vote. In fact, some of them have already have already cast ballots. Those ballots should not be counted. The state of California is saying yes, they should be. We have no way to know. Well, the DOJ knows it's chaos. There is not a position taken by the Democrats that didn't take chaos. I'll give you want an example that's not related to any of the big hot, ticket issues. Used cars.
The Economic Chaos of Used Car Destruction and Its Impact on Young People
Barack Obama made a decision to force the destruction of perfectly good usable used cars. The sort that you used to buy when you were a kid. My first car cost 1500 bucks. It was a 1966 Chevelle that we fixed up into something kind of nice. 1500 bucks. Under his EPA in an executive order, Barack Obama ordered the literal destruction of used cars to the point that dealers would bring them into their shops, turn on the engine, drain the oil and replace the oil with a silicon gel that would then change as the oil heated up into crystals and literally destroy every single engine part on purpose, lock it up, never to be used again. Couldn't even sell a perfectly good head for parts. What happened? The price for used cars skyrocketed, making it seem that new cars cost less in comparison. He did that to pay off the auto manufacturer labors union and it resulted in chaos for young people who now can't afford cars.
Mass Migration and Imported Ideologies: A Cause of Chaos in Western Nations
Part of that goes back to that decision. Everything they do invites chaos. Or let's take a look at a country that's far along ahead of us in terms of Chaotic leadership from globalist leftists, the mass migration in the uk. It started somewhere. it starts with accepting people who are in our country as chaos agents. Abdul El Sayad isn't in our country. I mean he's a citizen and he lives here, but he is a. was expressed support for the Muslim Brotherhood. The NewSong York Times has now confirmed this. They confirmed this in a story that originally came out of the Free Beacon. They broke that story. That's a conservative website. So of course the NewSong York Times doesn't give them credit for that, but they actually reproduced some of the letter. He, he said this. He was writing to M. The Egyptian president in support of the Muslim Brotherhood. And now his campaign is declining to answer questions about this, which can create a chaotic situation for them. But what we've seen has been created in chaos in Minnesota and other parts of the country, in Michigan, where there are people who are following a different political system and legal system and philosophy and they've been imported in advance in mass numbers. They have no interest in joining America, no interest in our constitution, no interest in respecting it. And it's chaotic.
Understanding Chaos Through Analogy: The Football Team and Voting for Order
How could it not be? I mean, again, take it down to an easy to understand level. Let's say you run a football team. You're the head coach of a football team and the government passes a rule. And on your 11 person team that's on the field at any one time, there have to be three people who've never played the game of football but are excellent golfers. How's your team going to do? It's going to be utter chaos. Bring on people who've never played a lick of football into the huddle and tell them something super easy. If you're a former football player, you'll get this. Hey, I need you to run a, go 15 yards out, do a hook, on a hook pattern to the left. Run a J hook to the left. A what now? Multiply that across the country. I'm going to vote for order. Republicans are far from perfect.
Critiquing DEI and Chaos in Policing, Paris Riots, and European Union Policies
I'm not here to tell you they're a godly party, but they are a party of law and order, not chaos. The Democrats are pro chaos. The globalists are pro chaos. This was just amusing and infuriating at the same time. It also comes out of the UK which is proof of what chaos brings when you are a party of dei, which is hiring people because of how they look, not because of what they can do. Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley, this is from the Metropolitan Police has responded to the unacceptable online Abuse directed at a Met officer who received an award at yesterday's annual Police Federation conference. Police Captain Fiona ah Shulk Umar was recognized for the outstanding contribution she's made for women in policing. So this is a woman who is job is allegedly to protect members of Parliament. She's on that, that, that team. And true enough, in her picture she's wearing a Muslim headscarf. That's her right. She's wearing glasses, not a big deal. Oh, she's holding a a semiautomatic rifle, what some people would call an assault weapon. The barrel of which is pointed at her colleague's femur, just about his groin. And her finger isn't just on the trigger, it is gripping the trigger. Her knuckle is white because she is gripping the trigger of a semi automatic rifle pointed at a colleague's femur. For those playing the home game version of a Disciples view, being shot in the femur at that range would take your leg off and would likely kill you from a bleed out. Chaos UK citizen Neil Oliver had this to say about the Paris riots, arguing that state actors are trying to incite chaos and social unrest across Europe.
Neil Oliver The trouble, the violence, the burning, the people running about in black with their faces covered and you know, all of that is, I would say is driven by state actors. You know, that's deliberate attempts to pour petrol on something and to turn it into a fire, which is what's happening. But I think eventually it'll burn itself out from exhaustion. It's all desired by the, by the centralizing forces that are the, that are at the heart of the European Union.
The Erosion of Nation States and the Rise of Imported Ideologies in Europe
You know, they're not in, they're not interested by definition the European Union and its panjandrums, it's, it's you know, it's its leaders. They don't want nation states, they don't want a France, they don't want a Germany, they don't want an Ireland, they don't want a Spain or a Greece or an Italy. In order for countries to be entities, meaningful countries, nation states, you have to have meaningful borders. The government that has to be genuinely elected and wanted by the people. All of these are the hallmarks of meaningful nation states. None of which increasingly the member states of the European Union have. They're not real countries. There's no such place as Britain, there's no such place as Germany, there's no such place as France.
Todd Herman Now this isn't about ethnicity and it's not about race. It's about importing people with a political Agenda locked into a false faith. In the year 2000, there were about 500,000 Muslims in Europe. Right now there are 50 million with their ideology intact. And attacking the west has nothing to do with race or ethnicity or hatred. Assessing Political Candidates' Faith: Comparing Paxton's Authenticity to Tal Riko's Marketing
Welcome back to Disciples View. I'm Todd Herman. We'll get to the tab. Babbling in a personal note and ah, an interesting note from someone the other day. gosh, you know sometimes I fail to bring this in. I'm starting to do a segment and I realize I man I should have copied this and brought it over and I'm going to go find it later and give proper due to the email. I believe the gentleman's name is Kurt, who wrote to me about this segment being in the world and not of it and we really focused down on this and the gist of his letter was kind of twofold. Number one, if we're going to be in the world and not of it, we should do an honest assessment of the Faith of political candidates. And he's correctly noticing that I've talked a lot about the, the false faith of a false teacher. James Jimmy Talrico, he's running as a Democrat in Texas for the Senate. Ken Paxton is running as a conservative. Paxton, the Attorney General. James Jimmy Talrica has been a state representative and I talk a lot about the so called faith of Talrico because that's his marketing pitch. He pretends to be a Bible scholar and correctly pointed out I hadn't spent a lot of time talking about Paxton's faith. He's right. I don't know if he has any. from what I can understand, he doesn't claim a church of which he's a member. He had been a member of the church. and it could be that he considers this private, I don't know. But here's what I observed between the two candidates. We're just going to make a comparison. Ken Paxton isn't wearing a Jesus suit.
Comparing Political Corruption and the Republican Party's Stance Against Chaos
Ken Paxton's had his controversies. the, it seems the entire Bush dynasty is against him and they tried to take him out. And if we're going to do an honest comparison, honestly between the two candidates, I would take good old fashioned old boy corruption in politics, which I don't like. If we're not of this world, we can't like it. But we can't expect Christian behavior from non Christians. And if Paxton is not a Christian, we can't expect that of him. And we are not here electing an elder board. We are working within a human design system, the best one on earth because it makes it difficult to have human kings. We're electing flawed people. And if we're going to do this direct comparison, at least Paxton is not out wearing this skin suit of Jesus. And that should offend every single Christian. So if I were to look at this comparison, just compare these two candidates, I would say on that front I would prefer Paxton just as I prefer the Republican Party, even with all its foibles and corruption, because it is not a party that is pushing chaos in every single aspect of American life.
Chaos in Portland and Mocking God's Design: The XX/XY Shirt Controversy
I'm just still again sitting here. This is very difficult for me to be shocked. I shared with you earlier this week a, woman who is a colleague and someone I know and for whom I have great professional respect. And we're friendly with one another. I wouldn't say we're friends, but when we see each other, we're friendly. Brandi Cruise and some of her friends were kicked out of a Soccer game in Portland for the women's team there. Well, there's no such thing as a woman in Portland. So, the, the birth givers or uterus havers team, in Portland because they wore XX XY shirts. Now I shared that story with you. That's the full reason they were kicked out. They weren't doing anything other than wearing shirts. A Lyft driver picked these ladies up. Most of these ladies are over 50. One of them walks with a cane. He recognized them from social media videos and he kicked them out of his car in a terribly dangerous city. Well, most of Portland's not, but downtown Portland is deeply dangerous. And then one of the ladies said that Lyft canceled her account because she wore a shirt that said xxxy. Recognizing the two sexes. God created us. See, even there in a soccer game, leftist globalists create chaos. But why? Because they're mocking God's design.

They're mocking God's word to his face. And God will not be mocked. So on a meta perspective, knowing that Christians have to vote, we are under a duty to vote. We are told to be good citizens. Peter tells us this, Paul tells us this. We're to be good citizens. That means we would vote. If you want to look at this from a different perspective, you and I, with the Holy Spirit who are saved through Christ, we're ambassadors of Christ. We have to do the very best job within this society to express Christ's truth when we vote. And it doesn't get it simpler than order versus chaos.
Heresy Comparison: James Talarico's Pastor Denying the Gospel vs. A Witch's Beliefs
And that's what we're facing. So the second point, and I think the gentleman's name again I think is Kurt. The second point, beyond comparing Paxton and James Jimmy Tonarico that he made, was is his church really that bad or are we taking certain clips and highlighting the worst of the clips? So let's do another form of comparison. Okay? Let's take what the supposed Bible scholar James Jimmy Tonarico says about the gospel and about therefore Christ, who was and is the Word. Let's compare him and a witch, a woman who says she's a witch. So here's so called Christian James Jimmy Tallerico's pastor, denying the gospel. It's very possible that Jesus rose from the dead. It's also possible the body was stolen, right? I mean that's possible. It's possible the disciples stole it to keep the Romans from getting a hold of it. It's possible the Romans took it because they were afraid of a resurrection on the third day. The question I want to ask you Is, do you want to live your life based on a maybe? Do you want to just bet your entire life that what somebody a long time ago told you? Because somebody told them that, yes, I do. It's possible that Jesus was an actor hired by French aristocrats to travel back in time. James Jimmy Tall Rico attends that church. Now, guys, Christians, men, women, friends, if you are sitting in the pews of a church and a pastor spoke those words, would you sit there and go, I am hearing good, solid Christian teaching. Would you then dig in and stay at that church? That's one clip. Talarico, the birth. Mary giving birth to the Lord Jesus is an argument for abortion. Talarico There are six sexes. Talarico, there are 69 genders. Talarico Christ is one way to God. So is Buddha. So is Muhammad. It's not just one clip. And again, Paxton, Ken Paxton, he has his own concerns with Christ. He's not confessing him in public. You and I cannot save James Jimmy Tallarico's soul. We are to pray for it and for him. We should pray that Ken Paxton in fact, loves Jesus and follows Jesus is in repentance of sin and that he would in fact confess Christ. Because Jesus tells us those who confess him in public, he will confess in front of his father. And the inverse and opposite is true. If you don't confess Christ in public, he will not confess you in front of his Father in heaven. But that's the pastor, one of them leading the so called church in which Talarika is a member, remains a member of.
Comparing Heretical Teachings: Talarico's Church and a Woman Identifying as a Witch
Compare that. Let's see if that is any more or less heretical, than this woman who has a lot of things to say about being a witch.
Speaker D I identify as a witch. I identify as a druid, and I identify as a priestess. I'm very pagan. So I work with the old gods. I work with Sumerian gods, Egyptian gods. Gods and goddesses particularly. I think the thing about witchcraft is that it fills a hole that's been left by. I don't like the word traditional religion, because actually, our religion's a lot older than Christianity. Christianity is like 1500 years old. Traditional goes back to Sumer. Traditional goes back to Egypt. It's people who've been left out of that. So we have a large contingent of neurodivergent people, definitely the LGBTQI community, who know they're very welcome in witchcraft, who don't feel welcome in other spaces. We don't ask people to be other than who they are. We get a large Gen Z contingent. And then, and I think the one that surprises people most, a lot of women over the age of 50 really like a lot of very angry women over the age of 50 who are ready to burn the house down, which is a lot of fun for me.

Voting for Order: Crime Reduction, Immigration Law, and Border Security
Does that sound dissimilar? So just doing a meta comparison. I am voting for the party that is law and order. We've seen the biggest reduction in crime in recent American history, if not ever. I am voting for reinstallation of order within our voting system. I'm voting for a reinstallation of immigration law. As difficult as it can be to watch, and sometimes it's hard to watch, I don't like seeing little kids removed from the country they've only. The only country they've known. I don't like it if you are watching them be trafficked by coyotes across our southern border and abused during that process. We wouldn't like that either. I don't like seeing 15 people sweating nearly to death laying under a canvas, tarp hidden in a truck with hay bales on top of them and they are pulled over and thank God they're taken out of the truck because they can barely breathe. Some are passed out. I don't like seeing that, particularly when it involves kids. Chaos is chaotic.

We aren't here seeking revenge in this election cycle. At least I'm not. I hope you're not. That's the province of God. I'm going to do a civic duty which far more important than that I believe is a Christian requirement.
Correcting the Record: The Age of Christianity vs. Paganism and Demonology
Now that's a woman who thinks she's a witch and definitely has spiritual problems. And just one point of correction to her. She said that her false faith and the witches and the demons to which she prays that her so called religion is older than Christianity and I would just tell her no, nope. The God of the Bible has always existed, therefore always it will exist, therefore is older than your demons that are fallen angels created by the God of the Bible and because of the virtue of by virtue of the Holy Trinity, Jesus Christ is just as old. The word we call Christianity is 2000 years old roughly. But the personage of Christ is eternal. I just had to correct that. This young woman is not a witch. She comes from western Washington in an area by the way, where 2.4. Listen to this statistic.
Gender Dysphoria Statistics and the Fight for Girls' Sports in Washington State
Camas, Washington in Vancouver, Washington. Those places are just across the river from the separate country of Oregon and it's a 15 minute drive in the downtown Portland from Vancouver, Washington, 2.4% of teen girls have been diagnosed as having been born in the wrong body for the purposes of insurance covering wrong sex hormones and surgery. I'm not saying 2.4% of them have received it. I'm saying in Camas, Washington and Vancouver, Washington, 2.4% of teen girls have their insurance company's approval to get wrong sex hormones and presumably gender mutilation. Surgeries, Chaos, the mocking of God's design. Republicans have been drug into this position except for President Trump who quickly adopted it that this should be illegal. No federal funds can be used for it. So this young woman is speaking in that community of canvas. This is Francis Stott addressed a rally in support of the girls of Camas school's cross country team.
Speaker B More girls across our state need to do the same and they need to stop competing, lock arms in solidarity and say enough is enough.

Honoring God's Design for Family and Parenting: The Role of Parents and Truth
Welcome back to Disciples View. I'm Todd Herman. We'll get to the Tao babbling and a personal notes here in just a moment. there have been, I think we talked about this, maybe earlier this week. I mentioned it, but didn't get into detail. there's a new program, that hospitals are taking advantage of, with children who go in for surgeries. And this is brutal. It's so dishonest. And people who perform these things should be embarrassed. They can't be because they're so convinced of their own wisdom. Let's go through some things. You shall not lie. You shall not lord your power over others. We should respect God's design for family. who makes the decisions for the kids? Primarily, it's the parents. Sometimes the state steps in when there's been abuse and that abuse is proven. Sometimes grandparents step in in times of stress or if a parent's gone astray. But it's God's plan that a married man and woman raise their kids and around the doorstep, put the word of God, word on their foreheads, teach them what is right. And in, their older days, they'll return to that.
Biblical Principles for Family Structure and Parental Responsibilities
Talk about God as you walk along the road, et cetera. Fathers, do not exasperate your children, but bring them up in what is right. So the Bible has a whole lot of discussions about what constitutes the family unit. Therefore, is because of this that a man leaves his family and clings to his wife, and they become one flesh. Children, obey your parents so you will live long in the land.
Protecting Children's Rights: Navigating Hospital Forms and Medical Interventions
Honor your mother and father. So there's a lot of parenting structure, in the Bible, we should respect this parenting structure. We should respect the order to not lie. And there's lots of ways to lie. one of the ways that hospitals lie is they have five, six, seven, eight pages of lawyer written word soup. And overwhelmed families, are asked to sign this stuff. And people have been taught respect the white coat. And you'll hear statements like this as they pull up a form on a computer in front of you. And it's eight pages of word soup and lawyer soup. And, this is the standard form we require everyone to sign before the procedure. it protects you and your rights and our hospital. And you can read a synopsis of it here in the patient Bill of Rights we're giving you in your booklet so you can refer to that. This is your patient Bill of Rights to be informed of all the procedures. And inside that computer on the form is a phrase like medically necessary interventions as determined by hospital staff. So your child's going in for surgery. You're scared. It's a scary thing to have a kid in for surgery. I know that it's a scary thing to have your wife in for surgery. Scary thing to go through surgery. And you, if you read that form, most don't. They just sign it. They just initial it and sign it. With the computer. It says this phrase that they're going to do these things to your kid or your daughter and perform these services and all other medically necessary interventions as determined by hospital staff. Well, your kid's asleep. And there's this program called Close youe Eyes Will Immunize. They don't tell you that. It doesn't say in the contract. We're going to inject your kid with an MRNA injection, supposedly against Covid and maybe another one against flu. And since all vaccines are one day going to be MRNA's, all the other MRNA's, that we're going to, inject your little girl, with the so called vaccine against cervical cancer, which incidentally causes profoundly more problems, than it prevents. After all, that is a communicable disease, comes through sex at young ages. So they do this where kids asleep. This has happened to 18,000 children in one hospital. One, in Colorado, in a Colorado hospital. Only now are we learning about this lawyer, Eryn Seri is starting a lawsuit in regard to this. I'm not a doctor, I'm not a lawyer, but I'll tell you my advice. It's one I've used. Never sign a form that's on a computer. Print it out, read it in detail, find sections like this that say phrases like medically necessary interventions. Draw a line through them, cross it out, initial that Date it and make other changes. Write at the bottom of the paper something prescriptive. No vaccinations to be given whatsoever. Initial that, date that, and then when you sign the contract on paper, sign your name and write below your name as amended. And then write the date as amended as of this date. Take copies of that. Give one to a lawyer, family, friend. Have one for yourself. Take one for the hospital. Give that to them as close to the procedure as possible. Wait until the last minute because they will have had the emergency or the surgery room booked.
Safeguarding Your Contract: A Strategy for Handling Hospital Forms and Procedures
they'll have the doctors there, the nurses, the anesthesiologists. It'd be very expensive for them to cancel it and protect yourself. And if you're the one going in for surgery, have an adult there with, with, with power of attorney to do the same thing and do the same thing with your contract. That's my suggestion on this program. We thank the Lord for placing people the world would call wise.

Three sound bites in today's Tower Babbling. That's almost always the case. This woman defended President Trump's $5,000 so called dividend check on a large CNN panel.

Speaker D Every single election is, and I give you free things.
Todd Herman Isn't that what Republicans should be running against? I mean, aren't Republicans running against giving handouts to people for free? It's not a handout.
Speaker B But you know what's funny? A lot cheaper than Medicare for all.
Todd Herman Listen, it's not, it's not a handout when the Republicans do it, but if the Democrats have any idea, it's definitely a handout. Trillion dollars over the next 10 years. Why would any American hand.
Speaker B How can you be critical? Literally all you do.
Todd Herman That's an interesting argument. President Trump says they're dividends for financial performance. I say they're a handout. Heck of a loss that it's a lot less expensive than what they've done to college in those handouts.

Second Sound bite in today's tire, babbling Democrat representative Sheila Sheriff McCormick, who apparently stole $5 million from FEMA, has resigned from Congress. She was asked about her indictment.
Speaker D Your thoughts on the indictment, please. Well, it's an unjust indictment and it seems like these intimidation tactics have been pervasive. We spoke to all. We've seen different members getting censured, all in hopes of intimidating and kind of distracting from the Epstein files. And I look forward to my day in court so I can prove myself and actually state the truth. But if this is what Congress is becoming, where they're always trying to intimidate you, scare tactics, especially attacking minorities, black and brown people, then we're going to have to keep fighting for the district.
Hillary Clinton's Proposal to Expand the Supreme Court for Political Gain
Todd Herman you stole 5 million bucks. That's really not in question. I don't think that's. Is it okay to do that if you're black? I have to check on that last sound bite. In today's tower, babbling Hillary Rodham Clinton, whose career she owes to her husband, William Jefferson Blythe Clinton iii, wants to expand the Supreme Court, but only when Democrats are in power. And I also think it would be very difficult to have term limits on Supreme Court justices because you'd have to amend the Constitution. I think instead we should seriously look at expanding the court, while the Democrats are in power. You know, it used to be that you'd have one justice for each circuit. We now have 13 circuits. We should have 13 justices. So I would be in favor of looking at that and seeing if we could, you know, make it work, but only when Democrats are in power. I wonder why. And that's a wrap for today's tower.

Nostalgic Reflections on Free-Range Childhoods and Unstructured Play
On a personal note today, you know, I was thinking back, as I do often during a personal note, to days as free range kids. Did you, did you grow up free range? I can remember that we left our house very often at 9 o' clock in the morning, which somehow seemed early. Then my body wakes me up at 2:30 or 3:00 clock in the morning. Now, as an old man, some of that seemed early. And my mom always, always made sure that we had dinner and lunch and would call us home for lunch. And breakfast was often more, well, chaotic or grab as grab can because, hey, get out of the house, go do things. And so sometimes that was a game of unstructured tackle football that somehow we survived having never worn helmets. I mean, we were little kids, we could only hit so hard or we had an incredible cool experience that there were no fences in our neighborhood for a long time. So everybody's backyard was our backyard and all the neighbors were cool with that. So we could set up full on, football fields and baseball fields. And then there was the wealthy people that moved into a big block of property behind us and they got llamas. And we learned that if you, we weren't mean to the llamas, but getting too close to them, they'd spit at you. And they were good at that. I can remember those free range days.
Adventures on Bicycles: Long Rides to the Mall and Limited Pocket Change
I can remember taking our bicycles and riding. And I went and I measured this the other day. I was just curious. I went and looked on the map. We would ride down to the mall and we didn't have 10 speeds. We had little motocross bikes. That's a 12 mile ride. And on a, a one speed bike, up a pretty significant hill, that's a pretty good ride. And sometimes we'd have some pocket change to buy some food or food type items. And sometimes we didn't.
Motocross Tracks and Near Misses: Surviving Dangerous Stunts as a Child
Often we'd make a detour to a motocross track that someone somewhere constructed, complete with compression jumps. You know, you go speeding down a hill and then come up real fast and that makes you weightless or appear weightless for just a moment. And some of the older kids would pull amazing stunts there and I never did. I didn't stay with motocross riding long enough to pull those stunts. But man, some of them were so dangerous looking and somehow we survived. I never saw a helmet on a kid. Somehow we survived. I'm sure there were accidents. I know there were. I heard about them. I saw one particularly grievous one. No one was killed, no bones were broken. But a boy coming off one of those jumps meant to sit down on his seat and he missed his seat. He sat down on his rear tire and you can imagine the rest. I remember those days.

Oh, that's the first mention of politics I ever heard.
