Todd Herman: Guys, what if the healthiest drink you had every day tasted like chocolate? Properly prepared, ceremony grade cacao is completely different from the processed junk chocolate. And researchers studying the Kuna people found dramatically lower rates of heart problems among those who drink cacao daily. I drink it. It is absolutely natural and it just fills your body with goodness. Modern chocolate processing destroys up to 60% of Cacao's beneficial compounds. Ceremonial grade cacao preserves that. These are naturally occurring flavanols. It contains 63 times more oxidants than broccoli. And theobromine provides smoother, longer lasting energy than caffeine without the jitters. I take cacao bliss in the afternoon. I drink it warm. Here's what you can do. Go right now. Learn more and get your special discounts and free shipping today at. Ah. Todd Herman Welcome to A Disciples View with Todd Herman.
Todd Herman When the God of the universe created
Todd Herman the world, he didn't snap his fingers or wink. I, the Lord spoke and God said, let there be light, because we believe, we speak about the happenings in this world, mindful that our true home is with Jesus Christ in his kingdom. I'm Todd Herman. Welcome to A Disciples View. Started getting, emails from people. Brandon has been listening to me on the radio since way back in, Seattle radio days and started in afternoons and then moved to mornings and then filled in for Rush Limbaugh. God rest you, Maha. Thank you for everything. way back in the day, and he was with me through that. He's been with me on my podcasts and now, he's here and he's moved over and listens, to, AFR and our colleagues here. And he sent me a picture of a flyer his family got, and it comes from one of the most evil, organizations in the world who's, revealed themselves to be one of the most evil organizations in the world. and its design is to destroy families, utterly destroy them. And this must have been a pretty big mailer because now I've gotten a note from Jon. Same flyer received by his family in Texas. I've seen other people now reporting this. It's all over. and it says on the COVID of it, Texas, quote, trans and lgb, so called TQ Students Resources. Begin your journey with an organization trusted by students. And it says on the inside, can I get out of state treatment? Meaning, can I go have my genitalia mutilated out of state? May I go get injected with wrong sex hormones out of state. It doesn't answer the question. it says that, oh, custody. And if you're below the age of 18. And those factors can play in. They're not answering this on purpose. They're not providing a clear answer because their goal is to take as many confused children as they can who are going to share some factors. They are going to be autistic. There's a huge crossover between autistic kids and people who fall for the lives of transgenderism, because autistic kids feel different. And these people know that if girls are giving into this, in all likelihood they will have been sexually assaulted. Because pretending to be a boy is a new escape method. Any decent, honest therapist will tell you that. And if it's boys who are pretending to be girls or are confused and think they're born in the wrong body, in all likelihood it's going to involve porn. Lots and lots and lots of porn. And these people know that as well. So some of the other things it says is, what if I want to be emancipated? What if I want to be declared a legal adult? They're happy to help you with that. And this comes from so called trans Texans. Here's what, Jon wrote. And then I want to talk about why this is so vile. And some things you should do. Number one, you should reach out right now to Greg Abbott and to the AG's office. This is an attempt to divide families. It's an attempt to get kids to break the law. This group should be banned from mailing people who don't want their mail. Jon wrote. Greetings, Todd. As time and circumstances allowed, I've listened to Disciples View since the beginning on afr. As I've listened, I found myself largely, but not always entirely, agreeing with you on various topics covered. I've always appreciated your willingness to take on hot topics without compromise. I have a question. Have you heard of an organization called, Texas so called Transgender Student Union? I asked because a flyer arrived at our home from this organization. One of our two sons retrieved it from the mailbox. Contents of the flyer include, if you're so called trans or so called non binary or questioning and your family, school or community doesn't support it. You don't have to figure it out all by yourself what to do if your parents don't support you. You deserve support even if your parents don't understand or agree with you. What if I want to be emancipated? Want to know about hormones or so called gender affirming care? Can I go out of state for care? I don't know how this organization obtained our mailing address, but I'd really like to. It speaks volumes about our culture in these times that this organization feels empowered to inject itself uninvited into a family's private residence. I can only imagine the blowback if those within the LGB so called TQ community received unsolicited materials at their homes from organizations supporting and encouraging biblical God given gender identity and sexuality. I suspect the Christian organizations would finally find itself in a legal quagmire. Yeah, you'd also find yourself firebombed and that's not unlikely. And maybe the next gender defiant person who has been flooded with psychotropic drugs and lies about the genocide of so called trans people, maybe they'd target you for the next shooting. For the record, we're a homeschool family and the issues presented by Texas so called Transgender Student Union are not issues we've struggled with on our family's radar screen. Again, I'd like to I'm curious to know if the organization you're aware of or have come across doing research for your program and be willing to dialogue regarding the same. And I removed your last name, Jon. Thank you for trusting me with that. the reason that this is if I sound frustrated, I am. And the frustration stems from way too many families I've met who have been utterly decimated by this demonic, horrible, straight from the pits of Hades movement. It attacks everything. And one of the other reasons I feel frustrated is because this could have been stopped, all of it, if Republicans weren't blatant cowards, utter cowards on this topic and topics like this. Utter complete cowards. And far too many of them told me to my face. Now you just sound crazy when you talk about this stuff. Well I'm going to tell you the next stop is technology in your kids brains and computer code in their veins because the end game is transhumanism. M so I advise all of us to get good at saying no to this to any state legislator listening in Texas and we have a huge audience there. I know Democrats are all into transing Kids, if you guys don't immediately address this, this is going to metastasize and destroy families in your state. You know, the fact this is happening in Texas is frustrating for people and it's frustrating for me. I like the show the Chosen. And I saw the other day that the actor who plays little James on that, has apparently, according to this news report, has apparently endorsed James Jimmy Tallarico for Senate. This is a man who pretends that, Mary agreeing to carry the Lord Jesus to term was actually making an argument for abortion. This is a man who has pretended at various times. There's 69 genders. He was a vegan until the general election. Then he pretends to like meat. He is one of the worst false teachers in history. And of course he supports the transing of kids far more than that. Well, it's not far more than that, because I don't think there's any greater lie than you were not made in God's image. James Jimmy Tallarico in this sound clip is attempting to compare his run for the Senate to that of David and Goliath.
Todd Herman David may not have been as big or as strong as Goliath. He may not have had as many weapons, but he had hope and he had a slingshot. You are my slingshot. The people of Texas are my slingshot. And on November 3rd, those Goliaths aren't gonna know what hit them.
Todd Herman Now, in point of fact, James Jimmy Tallerico is funded by out of state billionaires like Reid Hoffman and big tech money. He's the Goliath with money. The Republican National Committee won't even support Ken Paxton with money. The National Republican Senatorial Committee doesn't care to support him. They refuse. In fact, it's evident to me they want him to lose. did you notice James Jimmy Talarico pretended it was the slingshot that allowed David to defeat the giant Goliath. No, it was God, period. That's why he got into the fight. In the longer clip, James Jimmy Tallerico says that this giant was threatening everybody. No, he wasn't. He's threatening the people of God. See, this stuff is all over the place. And thank God for this. Thank God for this. A Texas professor and orthodox Catholic named Jody Hunt debated James Jimmy Tallarico on abortion. Here was her opening challenge.
Jody Hunt my topic is abortion. Yeah, I am a Catholic, an orthodox Catholic. as you know, Catholics, we tend, and I myself included, to be a one issue voter. And abortion is a large part of that and dignity of human person and natural Law. I'm a theologian, I was. And so that's. We have something in common.
Todd Herman Yeah.
Jody Hunt and because of that we believe that at the moment of conception there is a human life to protect. and so we struggle with the idea, that it's the woman's right to choose because it takes two people to create that being. And the woman is the bearer of that child into the world. and through co creation that child has been created. So as people we are to protect that life at all costs. And so what makes it difficult for us to vote Democrat, is that we have this idea that if you cannot provoke, like provide policies or support policies that protect the most innocent among us, who is the unborn, child, how can we trust that you're going to provide policies to protect the rest of Texans and to promote dignity and human life in that. So I challenge you on that, and to provide some, some feedback on, like how would you convince me as a Catholic voter I can trust you that you would protect the most innocent among us?
Todd Herman So let's examine this and we'll continue this into the next segment. That's her question, but let's do some clarification. she was being really kind. Jody Hunt was to James Jimmy Tallarico pretending, that he's a theologian. I cannot express this clearly enough. This man wears Jesus Christ, the Lord of the Universe, the Messiah. He wears him as a skin suit to cover his demonic false teaching interior. That man has spoken in public for 20 years at least only in the past few did. Suddenly he starts to pretend that Jesus Christ is the animating factor of his life. When he calls himself a Bible scholar. Do you know what he's never released once, not a single time. Any scholarly work? I've asked his campaign multiple times. What's his most important scholarly work as a Bible scholar? So Jody Hunt lays this out. You're going to hear James Jimmy Tallarico's response. But expand this beyond James Jimmy Tallarico and understand that if this stuff is happening in Texas with James Jimmy Tallrico as the point of the satanic spear and this so called, Texas, so called Trans Student Union putting out this very expensive mailer and it's going out to enough people that I started receiving it on Sunday. I've received it from multiple people. It's all over social media. Understand that there are no states that are safe from this. And when I'm talking about the frustration, of Republican cowardice on this topic, it's still a factor. You notice that all they want to talk about is boys and girls sports.
Todd Herman Why?
Todd Herman Because it's an 8020 issue. They still aren't really ready to take on what this truly is about. It is to utterly decimate American families. Utterly decimate. A generation of kids who become adults who cannot reproduce is demonic to the core. You'll hear James Jimmy Tallerico's response. And we continue. I'm Todd Herman, this is Disciples View.
Todd Herman A lot of you guys know that, every Friday I have my friend Zach Abraham, Chief Investment Officer, Boer Capital on with me, ah, for a faith filled finance segment. Zach has been noticing something about people's retirement accounts and it reveals a blind spot.
Todd Herman And a lot of people, even financial
Todd Herman managers and even some fiduciaries are just blind to something. They're so focused on AI. They're so focused on sugar highs in
Todd Herman the stock market and not really digging
Todd Herman into what is, what's, what's driving this. Guys, it's government spending, it's data center building. Those are the two pillars holding up the American economy. But there's a massive blind spot and it might be in your retirement account. My friend Zach Abraham will give you three free, no obligation consultations where they will look at your account with a fine tooth comb and they'll tell you what they find. If they can help you, they'll make that clear. If you're in good stead, they won't even let you change.

Todd Herman Welcome back to Disciples View. I'm Todd Herman. Started the program by talking about the deeply evil and purely satanic, mailer that went out apparently across Texas from a group that calls itself the Texas so called Trans Student Union. direct to families encouraging kids to to hide from their parents. if they're not allowed to get wrong sex hormones and sexual genitalia mutilation surgeries in Texas to seek it out of state without regard to its legality. instructing them on how to become emancipated. Preying upon kids in their homes and just filled with lies. So we've been asking if you are in Texas, get in touch with your state legislature. this group should not be allowed to mail families with an attempt to destroy them. Yes, they have free speech but they don't have free delivery of speech, and Texas should create a do not mail list. Now, from that, we then began to look at James Jimmy Tallerico. Not because he's important, he's a false teacher, he's a heretic. He obscenely wears Jesus Christ, the savior of all mankind, as a skin suit to hide his inner demon. He has never in the past two decades had any care to speak of Jesus in public. Only the last few years of building up this election cycle where he pretends to love the Bible, which he argues, is just one of many religious texts. They all lead the same place, all religions go to the same God. There's nothing particularly special about Jesus, according to Talrico and his so called church. And he was asked, a question that turned into a bit of a debate by a Texas professor who describes herself as orthodox Catholic. Her name is Jody Hunt. And she offered him a question saying, you know, as a Catholic, what are the hard. You know, one of the reasons I really have a hard time voting Democrat is we recognize that God created mankind in his image. and that Democrats say, a woman's body, her choice. But it takes two to create life, and the woman is the carrier of life. There is life within her. To end that life, she suggests his murder. Of course, at afr, we believe it is, and the Bible is clear on that. Murder is to take an innocent life. And it doesn't get more innocent than a baby in the womb. And she said, if you're not willing to protect the unborn, the least of these, the most vulnerable of these, why should I believe that you'll ever protect Texans? Why should I trust you in that? So that's effectively what she said
Ben Shapiro again,
Todd Herman not because he's important, but because he's a type, because he's sort of false teacher. Here is James Jimmy Tallerico's response.
Todd Herman I'm so, so grateful that you, that you brought that question because, I think there's a lot of folks in Texas, a lot of Catholics who are asking themselves the same question. So thank you for doing it. I know it's not easy to do it on live television.
Jody Hunt No, it's not.
Todd Herman Yeah.
Todd Herman But I'm really, really grateful you did. you know, some of my spiritual heroes, like Pope Francis and Pope Leo are pro life, and they are consistently pro life. They're not just against abortion, but they are against poverty, against climate change, against war. and so I can respect anyone like you who is consistently pro life. And I actually think there's Common ground we can find here. We may come to different moral and ethical conclusions. When it comes to the question of should abortion be legal or not. It sounds like you and I do come to a different conclusion. That's okay. you know, we're both Christians, and the Bible is silent on the issue of abortion. It means you and I both have to look at different scriptures to try to come to a conclusion. But what I think we can do is actually come together on reducing the number of unplanned pregnancies and the number of abortions. Because if we treat this issue as a public health problem and not a culture war problem, then we can actually make progress together. And this is what drives me crazy about this debate, is we use it to kind of beat each other over the head. Right? we treat it as a philosophical debate or a theological debate, when actually it's a public policy problem.
Todd Herman No, it's not. Murder is not a policy. I, mean, you can make it a policy. Mao Zedong made it a policy. Chairman Mao. Murder was a policy. Stalin made it a policy. Murder is a policy. It's not here. And even if it is a policy, it rolls up into the ultimate authority, God, who said, you shall not murder. Did you see the way he's saying, I think we can find some common ground. Let's not, beat each other over the head with it. Okay. But better yet, let's not beat the baby over the head. See, this is one of the challenges you have here. You can't sort of abort a baby. Political discussions involve compromise. Well, let's not have a 30% tax rate. Let's have 25. Let's not have the border go along this natural river line. Let's have it depart here and go along this mountain range. Compromise. You cannot compromise on taking a life. The left was very smart. Let's make it safe and rare. And only when it evolves the life of the mother, which is vanishingly rare, then maybe a little less rare. Now it's shout your abortion now. In the fallen failed state of Minnesota, which is, run by, Islamists to a large degree, you can have abortion even after the baby's born, which is, in fact, not abortion. And the way they do the abortion is, if a baby survives outside the womb, you can just let it freeze to death or starve. Murder by neglect. So James Jimmy Tallerico speaks the language of we can find common ground. And here's the remainder of what James Jimmy Tallarico's public, ah, policy argument is
Todd Herman when actually It's a public policy problem because I also want to see fewer unplanned or unwanted pregnancies. I want to see fewer abortions. And so you and I actually have the same goal. We may have different, moral conclusions when it comes to this particular, ethical question, but we actually have the same public policy goal. And so if we can do that, if we can join together to make sure that we have scientifically valid sex education, age appropriate sex education, if we can make sure that folks who need contraception can get it, if we can make sure that everyone has health care, something the Catholic Church has led on, then we know that that reduces the number of abortions. Because you can look at the research and you see that certain policy levers, like sex education, like health care, can actually reduce the number of abortions. And that's what I'm willing to work with you on.
Ben Shapiro So you.
Todd Herman He's not in favor of any of
Ben Shapiro that,
Todd Herman Ah, abortion for any reason, at any time, at any age. Age appropriate sex ed. How about parents do that? Then it's certainly age and culturally and religiously appropriate. He is behind keeping books in schools that teach kindergarteners to get ready to have sex by the time they're in third or fourth grade. Specific things they should try. None of it biblical because it doesn't involve marriage. So this guy wearing this Jesus skin suit, that just offends me. How dare you? You know, in every possible way, the devil mocks God. God will not be mocked, but the devil tries to mock him. We evangelicals talk about putting on Christ, the armor of God, putting on Christ or to have, to look at things through Christ's eyes. Kingdom, vision, Christ vision. And here he is painting himself as loving the Lord Jesus as he makes an argument for killing babies in murder because it's policy. And he's pretending that people don't have access to contraceptives. Lying. People have access to contraceptives. They also have access to not having sex by marriage. I looked that up and you know what? That's not illegal. So this orthodox Catholic, this professor from Texas, Jody Hunt, wanted to directly address Talarico's claim that the Bible is silent on abortion.
Jody Hunt and I just want to add that the Bible is not silent on abortion. There is the Ten Commandments, thou shalt not kill. And as Catholics, we take great, insult, I guess, sometimes when it's described that way. but I also want to add, I know I'm up on time, but, contraception, an age appropriate thing also, when it comes to Catholic vote, is a very trying thing for us because we believe the parents are the primary, primary educator of our children. And so one of the things that we really struggle with is having any government interference with how we educate our children. So I know we're going to agree to disagree on that, but I do appreciate, your comments on tending to the life from the womb to the tomb. And I think that's one common ground we can come to.
Todd Herman Now. How do you think you would respond to that? Well, here's Talarico's final words with Jody Hines.
Todd Herman And I think, you know, you know that I'm an educator like you.
Jody Hunt Sure.
Todd Herman And if I believed, if that abortion was murder, that it violated the Ten Commandments, then I wouldn't support it. And so it's okay that you and I come to different conclusions about that. but, but I think we could also look at the current abortion ban in Texas which bans abortion in all cases, including in cases of rape and incest, including when the life of the mother is in danger. We currently see in Texas women dying in emergency room parking lots from sepsis because their doctors are too afraid to provide life saving care. We talk about Texas women, but it's also Texas girls. We see girls as young as 10 years old who need that abortion care and they can't get it in Texas. And so if we are authentically pro life, I think we should be disturbed by the outcomes of this extreme abortion ban. That's why, that's why that, that, that's why, that's why I think you and I actually agree more than we think we do. Again, the theological debate is interesting and you and I should, you know, grab coffee or something.
Todd Herman Yeah.
Todd Herman We should do a podcast and I would love to get into that, but as a of part policymaker, I'm always like, how do we solve the problem? Right. How do we get better outcomes? And that's what you want too. That's what, that's what every pro life person wants and we should join together to do it.
Todd Herman So he wants to kill fewer babies by killing more babies. Oh, and the theological debate, that's interesting. But the policy, the theological debate. Yeah, that's cool. You know that God thing, that old kind of God thing y' all like to do. That's cool. That's interesting. It's cute. I like the policy. Interestingly, of course, in the case of women who have died from sepsis, the law in Texas does not prevent doctors from acting. In the case where a woman's Life is actually at risk. There are doctors who've said no, and guess what, Guess what? They're very pro abort. And, hey, what a point to make. Someone died in the, the parking lot from sepsis.
Ben Shapiro Horrible.
Todd Herman I have female friends and family members. I don't want that to be the case. And that's such a terrible choice to have to make. But that is not what we're addressing here. The greater problem, I think, with all of this, is that somehow people buy this garble of words, this splattering of words, this. What's the name of that painter, Jackson Pollack smattering of words up on a wall where James Jimmy Tallarico just said, look, look, look, look. If I was. If I agreed with you that abortion was murdered, you know the Ten Commandments says, you should not kill, then I would not support it. Liar. Jesus Christ said, I am the way, the truth and the life, and no one comes to the Father but through me. James Jimmy Tallarico says, come on,
Todd Herman all
Todd Herman religions lead to the same God. There's nothing particularly special about Christianity. You don't get to say Jesus lied about who he is, and, oh, I would follow the Ten Commandments. You don't get to say the Bible doesn't address abortion and then say it says do not kill, which is better translated as do not murder. You don't get to do that. Now, from a perspective of freedom, of course you can. And God is pro free speech, so of course you can do that. After all, God gave us free speech. He's also the champion of accountability. But this all circles right back around to something. The only antidote right now in this world. We talk at the beginning of the show. There's one problem that's sin. There's one solution that's Christ Jesus. It's to stand on the rock of Christ's word and be able to use it. Or the Bible, Old Testament, Christ from the tip of your tongue, just as Jesus did in the desert. We have to have this so embedded. Or I guess we could just stop trusting God. Remember Billy Crystal? Pretty talented comedian and actor, made some cute movies and some vile ones. he's decided he no longer trusts God because his house burned down and because his friend Rob Reiner and Rob Reiner's wife were murdered. So Billy Crystal has decided, nope, I don't talk to God because I don't trust him, because it was God who said, empty all the water reservoirs. Don't park fire trucks in neighborhoods ready to go. Don't load up firefighting planes in advance and allow your kid to continue to take drugs and degenerate his mind to the point that he murders his parents. I guess we could go that route. We'll come back under Disciples View. Hey, we want to take a,
Todd Herman moment to thank our sponsor, PreBorn.

Todd Herman Welcome back to, Disciples Review. I'm Todd Herman. Get to the tower of babbling in a personal note here. Just a quick second. This is a note from Kimberly. tell me what state you're writing from Kimberly. I'm always curious about that, Todd. I agree that halal meat is evil. And the reason she's writing, by the way, is, some Texas ranchers, and some policy people have been alerting us that in the state of Texas there's a drive to make all meat halal. And if you don't know what that means, it's a, Islamic method for meat, which involves an imam having to be part of the process. In other words, it's food that has been, put through a religious ceremony of a false faith. And there's some dietary aspects to it about which I care not. But we are told very clearly, hey, don't make another stumble. You know, if you're visiting and food is being served, eat of it. If they don't eat meat, don't cause them to stumble by you eating it. And if they have dietary restrictions, don't cause them to stumble. Same can be said, you know, if you happen to be someone who drinks a glass of wine or beer now and again. If you're having dinner or lunch with a friend of yours who's an alcoholic, don't drink. Don't make them see you do that.
Todd Herman And,
Todd Herman Paul adds, except
Ben Shapiro if the
Todd Herman food has been, consecrated in a religious ceremony, because Christians don't consecrate food other, than Holy Communion. So that's why Kimberly wrote about this. And Texas regulators are saying, well, this would just be, it would be less expensive if all meat was halal. And their Texas ranchers are saying, no, I'm not going to have my meat go through that. And we Christians can't eat it. So back to Kimberly's note. I Agree that halal meat is evil. Recently, some were saying it is healthier than regular processed meat. I don't see how it could be, but had no response. Can you cite an example of how it isn't? Well, it depends on what you mean by processed meat. processed meat, like the sliced meats you see in grocery stores and the plastic containers of thinly sliced meats, that's adulterated meat that has phosphates and salts and, in fact, sugars and other things added to it. It has ceased to be actual meat. It's now a meat food. And our bodies are not designed to consume that meat food. Secondly, it's designed to spike your insulin, so that that insulin response makes you want to eat more of it. That's why they add high, amounts of salt and sugar to it. Because in combination, that spikes your blood sugar and your insulin, so you feel more hungry after you eat it. It's not satiating. they have food chemists and neuroscientists, neurologists, who work for them to make sure that the meat food, this fake meat, that it creates hunger and desire. secondly, it's addictive because it creates a hormonal response that other meat doesn't. In other words, healthy meat does not create that hormonal response. So you might have a healthy, say, chicken breast without high fruit corn syrup in it, and somehow it just doesn't taste as good because you've grown habituated, to the adulterated meat. Now, if you mean is halal meat healthier than just a slice of steak with no adulteration to it? No. Well, how could that be? Well, just go back what's closest to God's design. So I know people are making that claim. to me, it doesn't matter. I don't think it matters to you, Kimberly, either, because we are not permitted to eat food that has been consecrated under a false faith. Quick cleanup item beyond the email. Thank you, Kimberly. Dr. Ben Carson, who is a white supremacist. Did you know that?
Todd Herman Yeah.
Todd Herman The, Southern Poverty Law center years ago described, Dr. Carson as a white supremacist. A black physician is a white supremacist. Just one other side note on this because it's very funny. Abdul El Sayed is running to be, a senator, from the Muslim Brotherhoods by way of Michigan. he graduated medical school for sure from a supposedly prestigious school. So he has his medical degree, but he is not a medical doctor. He's not board certified. You cannot make an appointment to go see Him. And if he took that appointment, he'd be breaking the law. Yet he traipses around in a white coat and the NewSong York Times calls him Abdul. El Sayad calls him Dr. El Sayed. Dr. El Sayed. Ah, the doctor on the campaign trail. The doctor. Do you know what they called Ben Carson, a world renowned brain surgeon when he was running for president? Mr. Carson. And he recently said something on social Media. Ben did Dr. Carson. About the COVID shots, that they should be banned from the market. So funny, because someone wrote back and it got a huge number of retweets. This is why we need people like Dr. El Sayad in office, not some politician like Ben Carson. Does he even have a medical degree? Dr. Carson's response was, I don't know. Someone should check with Johns Hopkins. They let me perform brain surgery for about a decade. And, ah, we were talking about halal meat. And this apparent drive in Texas to force all ranchers to be halal. Dr. Ben Carson revealed how European food cured his friend's type 2 diabetes in two weeks.
Speaker G I have a very good friend, had a very difficult case of diabetes, very difficult to manage. He went to Italy and within two weeks it was gone. He was staying at a villa. All the fresh foods were grown right there. The dairy products, no processing. Within two weeks the diabetes was gone. He stayed for three months. He came back here. Within two weeks it was back. And I don't think that's, an exceptional case. So it tells us what we need to do. I am praising God that we have the clarity and the leadership to get it done.
Todd Herman the, the reason that that is, is the case is because of the unadulteration. We're just talking about this, the lack of chemicals and the actual real nature of the food. There's so much that can reverse type 2 diabetes. And if pharma would get out of the way and they won't, we could make this a lot more clear. I'd love to see President Trump really promote that. On this program, we thank the Lord for placing supposedly wise people on tall towers of shaking sand with their feature called the Tower of Babbling. You know about the biblical truth at
Todd Herman the Tower of Babel. A, Disciples View presents.
Speaker H Who doesn't love a yellow school bus?
Todd Herman Trans women are women, trans men are men, and non binary people are non binary.
Todd Herman If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Todd Herman The Tower of Babylon. Three sound bites in today's time. Babbling. That's almost always the case. Los Angeles city Councilwoman Imelda Padilla asked the LAPD chief to warn illegals before ICE raids commence.
Speaker I Can we use technology like AI technology to create a situation where your department can identify. Hey, there's agents non city of LA in a neighboring town. Everyone go on alert in a way where you can support our business community and our immigrant community to know that it's time. That's something related to the lack of due process. The lack of, warrants is about to hit our. Our town. I'm asking.
Todd Herman I'm not sure what you're asking.
Speaker I A creativity question here.
Todd Herman Yeah, it says, you're asking me to warn, people of an impending law enforcement action. I can't do that. She said, why? He goes, because it's called obstruction of justice. This is what happens when you hire performance based activists for jobs like governance. Next, sound bites. In today's tar babbling, the disgraced mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, made some false claims about the homeless industrial complex in her city.
Speaker H Well, first of all, to the voters that are undecided, I want to say that I ran for mayor because we had an absolute crisis in our city. On our streets, homelessness had exploded. I do not believe that any Angeleno should be in the streets. And I do not believe in, I do not believe in street homelessness. I declared a state of emergency. We have reduced homelessness by 11%. We've reduced veterans homelessness by 50%.
Todd Herman They don't track veterans homelessness. So, you know, but here's the number. It's 2,000. 2022 was 41,980. Homeless snapshot and time survey. 2023, 46,260. 2024, 45,252, 43,695 and 2025. 2026, 45,194. In other words, homelessness rose from 41,980 in 2022 to 45,194 in 2026. That's an increase of 7.7%. And again, they don't track veteran homelessness. Last sound bites in today's tower babbling. Here's Ken Delaney and confidently telling Ms. Now that Cash Patel traveled to Russia.
Jody Hunt Breaking news.
Todd Herman FBI director Cash Patel is now in Russia. That's according to two people familiar with the matter. Ken, what more are you learning about this trip by Patel?
Ben Shapiro Well, Alicia, it's what we don't know that's really concerning. The FBI has said nothing about this. We're told that Patel, did land in Russia today and that this is a intended to be a two day trip, to Moscow and St. Petersburg hosted by the fsb. But again, the FBI is saying nothing about this, officially or otherwise, because he wasn't there.
Todd Herman He was actually at an event in America being live streamed. And that's a wrap for today's Tower babbling.
Ben Shapiro You know, from, from a Jewish point of view, we don't believe in the divinity of Christ. What I, what do I think he was historically? I think he was a Jew who tried to lead a revolt against the Romans and got killed for his trouble, just like a lot of other Jews at that time who were crucified for trying to lead revolts against the Roman and got killed for their trouble.
Todd Herman That was the Tower of Babylon on a disciples view.
Todd Herman 3 soundbite oh, did I say that, man? I'm sorry, Did I just say that? I'm getting, I'm getting very Biden brains. on a personal note today, you know, we've talked a lot about food today. and on the topic of food, there are a lot of people who express love and receive love as food. And that can both be, problematic. And it can also be deeply, deeply, deeply endearing and vital and important
Todd Herman and
Todd Herman the passing down of family recipes,
Ben Shapiro that's
Todd Herman an art that I hope will continue to be maintained. I took a recipe from my mom and it's an Apple Betty recipe. I called it an apple crisp. And she says it's not apple crisp, it's Apple Betty. And I took my version of this inspired by hers. and it's, man, it's something I wouldn't normally eat because it's got a ton of sugar in it and hey, by the way, a lot of cinnamon and some salt and, some whole oats. And there's a way I like to have a super crisp top to this. It's got a bunch of butter in it, particularly in the crispy top. And that, that, that apple crisp is cooked perfectly when there's a little bit of browning on top. And I am an intuitive cooker, so I taste as I go. And this is something I make at Christmas time and Thanksgiving and, and I taste as I go. And some of my fondest memories were having my daughter run in and out of the kitchen and taste and more, a little more salt. Oh, lemon juice. Yes. That's the other thing it has is lemon juice, lots of lemon juice from fresh lemons. And she would run back and forth, tasting and examining and then is it crispy enough and then I cook by that. That crisp. I know it's done by smell, by the fragrance. Okay, crisp is done. And then it has to sit and set up because it must be crispy. And then obviously, really delicious and hot and gooey, below the crisp, obviously. Otherwise, it's communism. And that was the situation for years, the tradition. And my daughter would say, you're making apple crisp, right? And one year, she had to be away for Thanksgiving medically. And she said, how am I going to get my crisp? I have to have my crisp. We got it there. It cost us 300 bucks in shipping, but we got it there, dry ice and all. She's since taken that and run with it. And she is a vegan, and I don't believe that's going to change. I was really worried about how this is going to turn out. But what I love is it's gone from my mom to me. Mine was made in a flat pan. My mom's was made in a. In a deeper pan. My daughter's is made with vegan butter, which is actually. There's some of it that's incredibly good. That's really the only change. She makes hers in a little bit of a bigger pan. She started to add some things to it recently. Her personality. Dad, you always put cinnamon in this. I'm going to add the cinnamon at a different point. And what I love about this is sitting down that she has taken this tradition on. And I can smell tradition now as I'm speaking with you, I can smell Thanksgiving. And I know that she's the bone responsible for the crisp. And it can seem stupid and banal and beneath the importance of a national radio program, but it's not. Because one day I pray on my knees that she'll be telling her kids about this family recipe and that tradition and what it meant to her. The beginning was the Word. The Word was with God. The Word was God. Because we believe, we speak because he first loved us. We speak His Word, and we walk in the path of Jesus Christ to make disciples of all nations until God grants us permission to speak again.

His peace, which transcends all understanding, rest upon you and your families. on behalf of Randy and afr, I'm Todd Herman, and this has been a Disciples. M.
