Sheldon Whitehouse says Democrats will bring hell upon Supreme Court if Republicans lose
Sheldon Whitehouse: If we succeed is have me as, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary and your next speaker, Jamie Raskin, as the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. He and I are already working together. We are already meeting monthly to plan. Republicans can block my subpoenas in the Senate with a filibuster. They cannot block a Jamie Raskin House subpoena. So if we're working together, we can do twice the work. And we're going to put a lot of attention right away into the Supreme Court. And I'll end with this. three big things about the Supreme Court. One, we need to do a lot of investigating because not enough people know the story about how this court got captured by a bunch of creepy right wing billionaires. If you're paying attention, you know, but a lot of people don't know. And there are a lot of simple questions like did Clarence Thomas ever pay his taxes on the quarter million dollar loan forgiveness for his motor coach?
Sandy Rios: All right, that's the voice of Senator Sheldon Whitehouse. Cheerful thought, isn't it, that he would be the chairman of the Judiciary in the Senate if Republicans lose the majority. He's the senator from, Rhode island. And of course he's, he's very effective. He's a very effective liar. The one fun thing is I've seen him in certain, committee meetings in the Senate in this last year where secretaries are appointees of President Trump have really given him a hard time. So that's been, kind of nice to watch because he's usually, you know, falls on his feet every time or stays on his feet. But Sheldon is very dangerous. Jamie Raskin is the chairman of the Judiciary in the House. Can you imagine that? Well, I'm telling you this because, they are, they have plans. They're going to go after the justices, the conservative justices. You can imagine that the, the liberal judges will not be bothered. Ketanji Brown Jackson has nothing to worry about. But if the Democrats win in the House and the Senate, they will bring hell really upon every cabinet member, upon, every justice like Justice Thomas. They even actually he mentioned him. Can you imagine that they're warning us. There's already an organization that is planning to go after every attorney that has ever defended Donald Trump, all the attorneys that work for him now in justice. They're going to punish them, destroy them, take away, is that they can take away their licenses. That's what they, they've done to others. Jon Eastman, Jeff Clark comes to mind. And there are others too, who have just paid a Huge price for supporting President Trump. And then, of course, it's going to be, revenge on you, all of you conservative voters, you Christians, you, you, you people that are just, you know, believe in, the, the Constitution. Wave your flags. There will be hell to play. And I, I guess I would just say to all of you, I know there is a lot of, there are a lot of people that are unhappy right now because the Iran war, because of gas prices and the fact that prices have not gone down and at least not very much. And you're very upset about that. And there's kind of, I hear it in these comments that kind of, I'll, show them or I'm going to vote. I'll say I don't like to make this a party thing, but I have to because of the election. vote Republicans out because the Democrats, you know, maybe they, in leadership would do better. But that is a deception. You can't even imagine the destruction. Remember, Joe Biden's administration, where they spent and spent and spent and spent and gave away money in the last few months there when he knew he had lost, they just handed it out like candy. And that's why we have a 40 trillion dollar debt right now. We already had a high debt, and so we're trying, President Trump is trying to get us out of that debt. But, they, that's not going to happen under them. That's not, they're not going to care about that. They're not going to be caring about. You know, there will be open borders again. there will be transgender men in women's sports, there will be, you know, open bathrooms everywhere. It's all gonna, the wheels are gonna come off the bus. If you care about that, I suggest that you just kind of grit your teeth and bear this economic burden for right now. Because there's no president really, that I know ever, who has more ability economically and skill to get this country out of its debt and lower prices. President Trump, if you know anything about him, you know that, that he cares very much about the American people. He doesn't. He cares that you are struggling with gas prices and other things. He doesn't. Maybe, maybe he doesn't say that, but he says it in other ways. I would just say his overall Persona, the fact that he has really put himself in so much danger to be our president, to try to make things right all over the globe, to try to bring our reputation up, to try to deliver oil. Right now he's doing everything he Can. He's. We've got now 40 billion, I think barrels, I think billion, maybe million, I'm sorry, barrels of oil coming from Venezuela, that are coming here to kind of resupply our strategic reserves. He's doing everything he can, because he cares. He's a patriot. And so you, I suppose, you know, he's certainly not God. I've never said that. I don't even think he's a born again believer. I hope he is. but you, as politicians go, I think you can trust him m. To sort this economy out. So don't throw, you know, out the baby with the bathwater. I know he's not on the ballot, but the people that support him are on the ballot. And some who are absolute jerks like Thom Tillis, who are Republicans, even some of them, not Thom, he's quitting, are on the ballot. And we're just going to have to hold our nose and vote for them in order to keep majorities. Because, you have to think strategically. You can't just, have a little fit and say, I'm not voting for them or them or whatever. You have to think strategically because of the things that are at stake. You just heard Sheldon Whitehouse spell out just a little tiny bit of what they have in mind. And so, I just beg of you to be wise as serpents. That's what Jesus asked us to be.

And we're going to talk about that in part, but also kind ah, of a follow up on the 2020 election of some of the things we've discovered on this edition of Sandy Rios, 247 from American Family Radio.
Sandy Rios: Senator Thom Tillis opposes the Save America Act

Thom Tillis: I have been trying to explain for nearly a year that the SAVE act, whether it's the SAVE act, the Save America act, the new SAVE legislation that's being proposed in the House, Save goes to Hollywood, Save goes to Hawaii, whatever the sequels are, all of them are fundamentally flawed and impossible to implement by this election. Now let me explain why. In addition to actually having experience with legislating, ratifying and implementing voter ID law in North Carolina, I also happen to be a partner at, ah, Pricewaterhouse, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Global Business Services. My entire career has been founded on implementation. When you look at implementation, you look at the complexity of what it takes to get anything done, even the most simple thing. The reason why businesses pay firms like Price Waterhouse to do what we do is because details matter. Planning matters. Execution matters.
Sandy Rios: Well, yes, it does Senator Thom Tillis, you know, now he's putting flash on his objections. But before he just was, ah, he didn't want the Save America act because he hates President Trump. Now he's, you know, fleshing it out. Now it's too late, he's saying too late. And now yesterday or the day before, he announced that he is going to stop the Save America Act. He's going to put a hold on it. He will not allow the vote to take place. So, this is the Senator of North Carolina. He's made, I think someone needs to look into Senator Thom Tellis because something is not right. Why would he object to this so strongly? It asks for voter id, photo ID when you vote, and proof of citizenship when you register. Who could possibly be against that? Something like 75, 80% of Americans, Democrats and Republicans, approve of it. They think it's fine. And yet Senator Tellis is on this crusade to stop it. Why is that? It can't be just hatred of Donald Trump. It has to be something more. I wish someone would investigate what Thom Tillis is up to behind the scenes. And I'll go on record as saying that.
Garland Favorito says election integrity is ever more crucial now
All right, so we're in a. Not a crisis, but this election coming up, of course, is so crucial. We are certainly at a turning point and the stakes really couldn't be higher. I, you know, I've been covering this stuff for many years, decades actually. And every election I remember covering the Clintons and, you know, the outcomes of those elections. and it was always crucial. It was. But it is ever more crucial now because the socialists have taken a grip, the Islamists have taken a grip. Our Congress, I don't think, has ever been weaker. and the hatred for our president and the wish to destroy him has never been higher. And so we're kind of at a crucial moment. Never anything like this. And so election integrity is so important. And there's a gentleman down in Georgia who's been, he's talked with us before, but he has been on a crusade. He's a brilliant guy. He has been, providing information out of the state of Georgia and really for the country on all things election. Let me give you his bio. Garland Favorito is a career information technology professional with over 40 years of experience, and that includes 13 years of cyber security, for identities, accounts and transactions of over 1.5 million corporate, retail and small business online banking customers, over 20 years of voting system technology and election integrity, integrity advocacy. He was the first technical professional in America to advocate against a statewide implementation of Paperless electronic voting on the grounds that it posed a threat to the constitutional right to vote. And his claims were upheld 17 years later, years later in a US district court. So Garland has been that this for a long time. He has actually read the latest release of our declassification of all the documents about that have been hidden from us by our deep state. And we're going to talk about that, plus some other things. And with that, Garland Favorito.
Senator Thom Tillis says Save America Act can't be done
Thank you for joining us this morning,
Garland Favorito: Sandy, it's good to be back with you. Thank you for having me. I was fascinated by that clip you played of Senator Thom Tillis. and he was talking about his experience at Price Waterhouse tells him that, you know, Save America, that can't be done. Here's what I thought was interesting. So when I was in the business, we actually did what we call systems development methodologies. So we told other companies how to explain to them step by step, how to develop mission critical applications for their organizations. And we also had customers and reselled our methodology, and procedures to what then was known as the big eight firms. And one of those big eight firms was Price Waterhouse. So what I thought was really funny was that he was telling us, based on Price, his experience at Price Waterhouse, what could or could not be done for the Save America Act. Well, we actually developed a lot of the methodology procedures for, for Pricewaterhouse and some of the other big aides. And we were the ones that told Pricewaterhouse what could and could not be done for their customers. So I think it was kind of funny that he's saying that because of that it can be done. When yet. Well, why don't you talk to someone who actually helped Price Waterhouse do their procedures. And that was, an organization, a couple of organizations that I worked with back then. So, anyway, it can be done. But to your point, Sandy, there's something wrong. You hit, you really hit the nail on the head. You know, who in their right mind would, particularly a US Senator from North Carolina, who in their right mind would, you know, oppose having the assurance that all the voters are citizens? it's crazy. I mean, who, what American voter, regardless of what your political party affiliation is, what American voter would want their vote to be diluted by non citizens voting?
Sandy Rios: none, according to the polls. Nobody, you know, maybe 20%, according to the polls or less than that would go for that. So we know by the polling, Garland. And the thing of it is, Thom Tillis has been opposing this since it first was Introduced, it could have been passed. I'm not saying it couldn't be done. Now, look, lots of things are possible. You and I both know a lot of people that say things are impossible just don't want to get it done or they're too lazy. In his case, he just doesn't want to get it done. And he's been blocking it or, trying to destroy it since it was first introduced, when there was plenty of time, according to his narrative there. So he's a liar and, there's something wrong.
Garland Favorito: Yeah, exactly. Sandy, that was you. That was exactly the same point that I was going to make, too. I guess great minds think a lot, of course, but his claim is that there was not enough time now. But to your point, he was opposing it from the very beginning. Well, you're going to say there wasn't enough time then when at the very beginning that it was proposed, but no. Yeah, so. So that proves that there's something wrong there. There's something bigger that we don't know. and I think that was a great point that you've made, and I just wanted to re. Emphasize that.
Sandy Rios: Okay.
Garland Favorito: Because, you know, it might be years until we find out what has happened, and why he sold out. But what we do know from the declassified intelligence is that China was buying us politicians and journalists, to basically interfere with our 2020 election. So, it certainly sounds like, when you have a political position that makes no sense, to an American voter, it certainly reeks of the question what motivated him to do that? Was that, allegiance and influence from China or some other place? it's a question that we may not be able to answer for a couple of years, but I think that you are really, really astute to bring that up.
Sandy Rios: Yeah. Thank you. Thank you, Garland.
Garland: Georgia was ground zero for malfeasance during the 2020 election
Well, listen, one thing I want to recap because, you know, I don't need to tell you how many things are happening. when I first started covering news in Chicago, you know, in the 90s, there was a lot of news. I remember being absolutely exhausted trying to cover the Clinton impeachment, because there was so much. Every day, you know, was a bucket load of m. Information, but it's been. It was nothing like this. It was nothing like this. We have so much happening. So I think a reminder is necessary that in the 2020 election, Georgia was kind of ground zero for the malfeasance. Now, it wasn't the only place, but there. Some of you will remember, photos or videos of the counting late in the night in the big center in Atlanta, I think it was Atlanta. and the people, you know, counting votes after the vote count had stopped. And I know, Garland, you could tell that much better than I could, but I want to follow up on that, if I could, because, the federal government then recently, maybe a year ago, it seems maybe m. Months ago, came in and suddenly seized all those ballots from the 2020 election. But we never heard much about it. So what's happened with that?
Garland Favorito: Well, as far as we know, the investigation is still going on. it's kind of a long story, but it's definitely worth telling because it's so important. So I'm going to try to recap this as quickly as possible because you made a lot of key points there.
Sandy Feierstein: Election results in Georgia changed overnight in 2020
So let's start from the beginning as you, when in 2020, the election was held. And just like the other five battleground, states, the results changed overnight. Trump, you know, people went to bed. Trump had a, what. It was clearly an insurmountable lead according to the Secretary of State's own statistics. So as of the next morning, the. The Secretary of State's own Clarity elections reporting tool showed that, that Trump, both President Trump and David Perdue had insurmountable leads with 158 of 159 counties reported. The only county left to report was Fulton county, according to these reports. And, at that time, Trump, I think President Trump had 113,000 vote, lead and 107,000. And there was only 94,000 votes left to count, according to Secretary Raffensperger's own words on NBC interview, NBC Today interview the morning after election, however, and he said the accounting would be finished that day and it would not change the results. And instead two, hundred thousand votes were added over the next three days as counting continued of these phantom ballots that came in from areas that we still don't know and he's never been able to explain. and that changed the election results in Georgia in spite of the fact his own report showed that, you know, there was only a few thousand votes left to count. and you know, it was a done deal and all those votes were outstanding, were from Fulton County. So, in November 14th, that was about two weeks after the election, or ten days anyway, there was an audit conducted in Fulton County. I was there and two senior poll managers found counterfeit pallets in the, hand counts and they knew they were counterfeit because there were mail in ballots that weren't folded from being mailed. They were not, written, with a writing instrument. They weren't on the correct paper stock for a ballot, and they were voted the same way, dozens of ballots in a row, so they knew they were counterfeit. we filed a lawsuit immediately. we got an order to preserve those ballots on January 7th of 2021. and we tried for years to get those ballots. We've even won a case in the Georgia Supreme Court for standing to ensure that we were able to get the ballots. We filed open records, requests for court action. Seven different entities have been trying to get the ballots, from Fulton County. There were civil cases, a criminal case. The state election board, two divisions of the Department of Justice, all were seeking the ballots that, we had preserved from that order. And finally, as you said, Sandy, on January 28th of this year, the FBI came in and seized the ballot, and, that Fulton county refused to give to us. And so, they have the ballots. That investigation should be wrapping up shortly. we have not heard the results of it yet. I, know there's a lot going on, and, that's where we stand with Fulton county, at the moment.
Sandy Rios: Okay, well, good, because I thought. I was afraid it had just gotten lost, you know, in the. In the depths of the sea, never to be seen again, which is what happens to a lot of things that are happening now. But I.
Sandy Garland: Georgia Secretary of State Brad Ravensburger was defeated
The other thing is, you have a Secretary of State named Brad Raffensperger, and my impression, we learned more and more about him. Initially, a lot of my friends thought he was a great guy, but he turned out not to be a great guy. Garland. So what do we know about him for sure? And can we say what his role in this was? Do we know now?
Garland Favorito: Well, what we can say? Well, first of all, we know Brad Ravensburger. He's got a mysterious background. He came from Canada, and he declared bankruptcy in 2008. but yet he had, enough money to spend over a million dollars in 2018 to literally buy the Secretary of State's office.
Sandy Rios: Wow.
Garland Favorito: And, so that's a little bit about his background. And he's. He was ran as a Republican and supposed to be very conservative. in theory, when he got into office, he did. Basically, he turned over elections to some of the most rabid anti Trump contractors you can ever imagine. and, so that's a little bit about his background. But the question, the key question you ask Is what is his role in all this? Well, he has basically been orchestrating a massive cover up of the 2020 election. we documented, and up in our voterga.org studies tab, we documented his cover up. he had written a letter, with a lot of these, his claims. He had written a letter to Congress and the Georgia Legislature about what, you know, why there was nothing to see here. And we did a study of his 10 page letter and we found 42 false or deceptive statements in that letter. And I've testified as an expert witness about this in court cases. So, we. He basically, you know, you talk about Thom Tellis line. this was probably line at a more epic proportion. You know, not about one thing, but about really about 42 different things. So, that is, we published that. And the bottom line, Sandy, is that he's just been, he's been orchestrating a major cover up. And what's interesting about this, he is allegedly a Republican and he's been covering up for the Democrats in Fulton County. And the reason is that as an election official, he doesn't want anything to come bad to come out about the. How the election was conducted because even though it might have been a problem with Democrats, it's a bad reflection on him. So, what we've learned is election officials just want to have quiet elections. It doesn't really matter who won the election and who's.
Sandy Rios: They don't. They don't want to be accountable. They don't want to be accountable.
Garland Favorito: No controversy.
Sandy Rios: So, in 2020, then, correct me if I'm wrong, he was elected, reelected sec. Was he on the ballot to be Secretary of State again? I think so.
Garland Favorito: He was reelected in 2022.
Sandy Rios: okay. Go figure. All right, so he's your current Secretary of State, but he ran for Governor. Right. And he just lost. He did not make the top two. so, I, I'm actually, actually the thing that I'm curious about is, among other things, is your midterms, because he's still in charge of that election. So how, from your perspective, did your midterms go in terms of honesty and integrity, or can you know that yet?
Garland Favorito: Well, I don't. I don't know that they went that well. I, mean, first of all, the good news, to your point, was that not only Brad Ravensburger was defeated, but the Attorney General who was covering up for him, Krish Carr, was also defeated in his attempt to run for governor. Ironically, they were running against, each Other. And, his chief operating officer, Gabriel Sterling, who ran for Secretary of State, was also defeated. Okay, all three of them were defeated.
Sandy Rios: That's great.
Garland Favorito: in the primaries. But the question is, as you said, you know, why has that leave the midterms? Did we have honest, elections? we had a very strange governor's race down here in the primary where, a candidate named Rick Jackson, came in claiming to be a Trump person, spent $100 million trying to. Yeah, that is an insane amount of money. Unheard of, but he literally spent over $100 million that was, on negative, false negative attack ads against Trump's endorsed candidate for governor of Georgia, Bert Jones, who was the current Lieutenant governor, who's been very supportive of our election integrity issues. So that was a really strange situation. That was very disturbing. and now we're going into the midterms, the general election, and we don't know. I mean, to answer your question, you know, as best I can, Sandy, we don't know, if we're going to have honest elections or not, because right now we still have secretly counted elections on secret proprietary software and we have secretly preserved ballots. For the most part. They're very. Even though we've gotten laws passed to make them public record, the county still want, you know, up to $50,000 in eight months to, to produce them. So that makes it. Render it useless. so we're in a terrible situation is the bottom line.
Sandy Rios: So nothing, you know, you're. I think you've made some gains, but it's still not corrected, which is the way I see it all over the country. I just see it everywhere. Garland. Nobody has really been able to really, purge or do things right. I mean, there have been some great, efforts to clean up the voter rolls, but the blue states refuse to cooperate. They won't do it. And so then that's a lot of the swing states right now.
Garland: Let me ask you a couple questions about your own elections
Well, let me ask you a couple, just one more. Couple questions, more about your own elections before we go to a different topic. in your Senate election, Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnick won, that same 2010, 20 cycle where things were so wild. And So, now Jon Ossoff is running again, against Mike Collins, who is a. Ah. I've interviewed Mike. He's a great guy. He's a trucker. He's a very strong conservative, very tough, kind of no nonsense. And Jon is like very m. Polished and slick and has tons of money, doesn't he, Garland?
Garland Favorito: yeah, he probably does. And you know, back to your point for a minute. Jon Ossoff again, was elected in a runoff with David Perdue that should have never happened because if you remember, we mentioned a little bit earlier in this interview that David Perdue was, he was 78,000 votes over the margin when there were, and the margin for runoff. and that was, there was no way that Ossoff could have caught up if we only had a few thousand votes to count as the, as the Secretary of State's own reports showed. so, you know, it's highly questionable if Jon Ossoff was ever legitimately elected in the first place. to your, to your point.
Sandy Rios: Yeah. but, but same way with Rafael, right? The same way with Raphael Warnock, wasn't it?
Garland Favorito: Yeah, Raphael Warnock was elected, in the special election over, I think, Kelly Loeffler, who was a former senator as well. so, and that there's, there's less data on that election, than there is on the Purdue, Ossoff election. because that one, you know, we've got the clear cut data on that one, that it is in all likelihood illegitimate. but the, also the Raphael Warnock, election is also questionable over Kelly Loughner Lofter. but there isn't quite as much evidence, on that one to prove one way or another who actually won.
Sandy Rios: Okay.
Sandy Garland: Georgia still uses Dominion voting machines, correct
All right. So the other thing that you and I are both very interested in, I know, is the, voting machines. Because Georgia used Dominion, correct? Yeah, Dominion machines. Yeah. So we're, you know, Dominion's gone out of business, haven't they? And they have another. I don't know. That's all very, gray to me. I just know some things about it. But why have the machines not been removed and have. Maybe they have and I don't know it.
Garland Favorito: No, no, they have not been removed. You're right. They're clinging to those machines because, you know, neither Republicans or Democrats really want to have honest elections. so, but they are hanging onto those machines. There's a lot of lobbyist money in it. we have a QR coded voting system which hides the votes in a QR code that you as a voter cannot verify. it is against hava. There's an explicit HAVA law that says that voters must be able to verify their ballots. it violates several statutes, in Georgia law. and yet we still have these, the software and this hard Dominion system. And we're going into the election using this system if, nothing happens.
Sandy Rios: Garland, the President issued an executive order, and he instructed the, not sure what EAC stands for, Election something, a commissioner probably, to decertify all systems previously certified under its wholly inadequate standards. And so he wants to get rid of these machines. but what happened about that? Were they, Were they decertified or not?
Garland Favorito: I'm glad you asked that question. So the Election Assistance Commission has never decertified the systems according to his executive order. So we have had to turn around and sue the Election Assistance Commission to vacate the certification of the Dominion system because we found out that it never met the original certification guidelines, specifically for password protection and encryption keys. So we pursued. And ironically, it is President Trump's Department of Justice that is defending the EAC against us when we're trying to implement President Trump's, executive order. That's the irony of the whole thing, how bad the situation is right now. you're right. Nothing has been done. And it's a very sore subject for me and a lot of other voters in Georgia.
Sandy Rios: Well, it's a sore subject for me, too, because it affects us all nationally. It affects us all this voting machine corruption. And so,
Garland Favorito: Right. And, Sandy, if. If our lawsuit was upheld, it would have national impact because all versions of the Dominion systems would eventually have to be, decertified or have their certifications vacated because they were never legitimately certified.
Sandy Rios: Yeah. You know, Brad, but to make my earlier point more clear, a lot of states, all the states still use these voting machines in California in their wacky recent, election. they use, in, I think it's LA county they use, still use smartmatic. so. And that's never been changed. I just. This is just. It's very upsetting. It really is, because the President's doing everything he can, and yet people are just defying him.
Garland Favorito: I'm so glad you mentioned that. So smartmatic is a particular, travesty, as is, the LA county situation, because they entered into, I think, what was a $282 million contract with Smartmatic. Now, Smartmatic and the declassified intelligence shows that Smartmatic and the Venezuelan military intelligence had basically concocted a plan to rig elections by manipulating votes. And smartmatic officials were in on it. they have been accused of rigging the Philippine elections, which, occurred around 2015 or so. And, they have even. Some of the officials have even been indicted in Miami for money laundering in conjunction with the Philippine election. so this is Smartmatic they were, They, acquired Sequoia in 2005 and Sequoia is a US voting machine company. At the time of the acquisition, they were probably the third largest voting system company in America. They were acquired by smartmatic after they were trying to rig elections with Venice, Venezuela. And then Dominion acquired, Sequoia after smartmatic had to divest itself, of the company. So they had to divest themselves of it. In 2007. They ended up divesting to their own management team. And then eventually Dominion came in and acquired it when they only had one little municipality in Canada. That's all Dominion ever had. and then. But they ended up getting a $400 million, dubious investment to be able to buy Sequoia from smartmatic. But the smartmatic was that acquisition of Sequoia was considered a moderate threat to the United States security and therefore, it was, basically they had to divest. However, after that happens, to get back to your point, LA county then goes into an agreement with them, to spend $282 million with a company that is considered to be a threat to United States of America security. it's insane.
Sandy Rios: We know who runs things there. I think of Karen Bass, who is a, we know what she is. She's a leftist slash communist. and so that doesn't surprise me. You know, it's just their whole system is so corrupt. But this is. I want to make the point, everyone listening. This is going to happen everywhere in. If we don't stop it. And so I think we. And actually we have to be take a cue from Garland, who has, organized a strong group in Georgia who have remained diligent and even though you, you haven't maybe made the big news to have, justice applied through the courts because you got. Seems like some corrupt judges there, you have been able to manage to at least get these three, ah, out, you know, not elected. And that's because you got the message out to people, Garland. And so I think that,
Sandy Cohen says fighting election interference is worth it even when it seems hopeless
Would you say with all the work you've put into this and all the hours, and we're not even done with the hours you've spent on this, the China election interference information. Is it worth it? Has it been worth it to you and why do you continue to do it when it sometimes seems so hopeless?
Garland Favorito: Well, thanks, thanks Sandy, for saying that. yeah, it's definitely worth it and it does seem hopeless at times. I meant to say this earlier, but, you know, we have Achieved more election integrity improvements in our legislation since 2020 than any other state. We're really proud of that. But to your point, it's still, we're still conducting secretly counted elections on secret proprietary software and secretly preserved ball. And you know, we haven't been able to solve that problem. So in spite of all of our accomplishments, we still have this huge, massive problem to solve. But yeah, it's definitely worth it. and because if we don't fight this battle, we're gone and lose our country. We are on the verge of a communist takeover of America. That is what we're fighting. it's a revolution that is probably as serious of a revolution as we had in 1776. it's that serious. So, it's definitely worth fighting. We have to fight for our ah, ancestors, our families, our friends and our sons and daughters and grandchildren. We've got to do this fight. But the good news is and that we're winning. I mean, I've been doing this for 20 years as you know, or 25 actually. and ah, now I'm full time as a volunteer. But we are winning and we're seeing that we're winning like we've never won before. Everybody understands elections has a problem. we are making great headway. We're making, putting on a lot of pressure. and they never, they always thought that we were going to give up. And because we didn't give up, we have a chance to save our country. So I would encourage everybody, to keep the faith. We are making progress. It's pretty exciting right now. It's an incredible time to live in, because we will be responsible for saving our country.
Sandy Rios: I agree. yeah, and I think people need to. I agree with you. This is a revolution. Every bit as serious the, and it's worse in many ways because it's stealth. It's. That revolution was overt. you know, it was like, you know, simple. It was the US against the Brits. We wanted to be free. There was confusion about who are you going to be loyal to? But it was still easier than this stealth kind of takeover that we're experiencing. Recently we had this declassification of all these intelligence agencies about the 2020 election
Sandy Rios: Okay, so let's, switch topics for a minute and we maybe can't linger on this as much as we might have liked to, Garland, but you. recently we had this declassification of all these intelligence agencies by issue of President Trump. And we have learned a ton about the 2020 election. Much greater problems than we ever guessed. President Trump gave a national address on this. The major networks, for the most part, refused to cover it, and the cable networks. And so some of you still don't know. Still don't know. one of the things that the President announced was that China had breached 220 million Americans voter files. We'll just start with that because, Garland, this, I believe, is thousands of pages. And you have read them all right?
Garland Favorito: Yes. What, I decided to do was to read them, and then to report on them because nobody had done that and, nobody was doing that. You know, of course, Jon Solomon's doing a great job of getting the information out, but then, you know, we need somebody to carry it on. So we did that. We've done, reports. We've got, five press releases, on our press release tab right [email protected] about the declassified documents. We did a whole two hour event on for War Room on the declassified documents. that's on our voterga.org events tab. You can watch that in its entirety. and, the last press release we put out sums it up really well. At least the China part of it, there was just a massive, election interference campaign. As you mentioned, they breached 220 million voter roll records. and to collect PII, which is personal identifying information for American voters, they shipped in 20,000 fake driver's license. And we mentioned earlier that they were literally paying journalists and, congressmen, think tank officials, former government officials, anybody they could find to try to interfere with and influence the 2020 election. Started long before back to 2018 and has come forward a long time since then. So, massive, Chinese influence. And then the most disturbing part of the declassified intelligence is that our own U.S. intelligence agencies were in bed with China and covering up, for this Chinese interference. They were withholding the information from Congress, they withheld it from President Biden and President Trump, and they withheld it from all of President Trump's administrative officials. they did not want, people to know, officials to know that China was attempting to interfere with our elections. Absolutely treasonous behavior. We have one deputy director admitting that she was running a shadow government. Across the FBI, we have another nsa, analyst admitting they withheld all information about elections from the President of the United States in his daily briefs. and we've got the intelligence documents that show that they reported that China was not attempting to influence the 2020 election when they had this massive nine point, initiative, nine different ways they were trying to interfere and influence the election. It's all amazing stuff and that really every American needs to know and understand.
Sandy Rios: You know, when the President made his speech, of course I was, This is, this is an issue that I've been covering for a long time. Not like you, Garland, because I have to cover so many other things, but it's, a bit, it's a passion for me, because I love this country and I can't stand, the way they have polluted our voting system. I remember when I was a kid, we voted. when I was, I didn't vote, but my parents would vote. And the next morning we knew the results was, It's been happening like that for decades. It's not, I'm sure there's been voter fraud throughout the, you know, couple of centuries. We've been around, but nothing like this where they stopped voting. We've never stopped voting. They vote and they count into the. Stop counting, they count into the night, and the next morning you have the results. And so when the 2020 election shut down early, really not even that late at night, it was shocking. And so we have to understand that was a turning point for this country in our elections. So I'm pretty upset about that. But I was watching an exchange between Ed Henry and another, anchor, I believe it was on Newsmax, and Ed actually said, I'm banging on Ed here. But he said, well, that doesn't mean they interfered in the elections, does it? Okay, so Garland, let's for a second, what did China do when they breached the 220 million American voter files. What did that do to hurt the elections? What possibly could it have done to interfere with the 2020 election?
Garland Favorito: Well, to give you an example, and this is from. We actually know this from intelligence documents. So they were mining pir, which is personal identifying information for all these voters. Now, in conjunction with that, and which appears to be somewhat afterward, they shipped in 20,000 fake, driver's license to try to get, Chinese residents here who were non citizens to cast fake votes for the 2020 election. So that could have been one way in which the mining of the records were used against us. And those are actual documented facts of China interfering in our 2020 election.
Sandy Rios: And I think I read that they already had shipped like 20, 20 million, or, I don't know if it's million or a thousand actually over the border, that they had intercepted, fake driver's licenses at the border. That's in addition to what you're talking about here. So, you know, who knows what else they did. So, and also the other thing that I don't think you said, but they actually went on a campaign like on social media and all kinds of outlets to turn Americans against each other, to just, to sort of sow discord and confusion, and they were very successful at that.
Garland Favorito: Yes, indeed. All these things you hear and see that happened in 2020 could very well have been attributed to China because in fact, the intelligence documents attributes, a lot of that information, you know, ah, creating racial tensions in America, creating anti American, anti immigration, pro immigration, you know, conflicts between different communities, you know, things that President Trump was trying to do. You know, they create the Cove 19 virus and then they try to claim that he's not responding to it properly. it's just the list goes on. It was absolutely fascinating to read the extent of the influence campaign that they had, during that time.
Sandy Rios: Do you know, I'm asking you something you don't necessarily know, and I surely don't either. If, any retribution, I'm assuming, you know, President Trump has. They've dismissed 300,000 or asked to leave or paid to leave 300,000 federal employees. And I know that there's been a big purge, you know, at justice, and I think there's been a pretty good purge at, CIA. Also you wonder if they've purged these. And the FBI also you wonder if they purged these people that participated in this. Do you have any knowledge of that?
Garland Favorito: I don't have direct knowledge of that, but that appears to be what is happening because you know as I think Tulsa Gabbard mentioned time that was. As they uncover this, they realize who the people were who are involved. and you know most of them have left or been fired. and but we don't have the exact information. We know for example one of the woman who admitted running a shadow government is now m. Been employed by Microsoft for their Azure system. And it's. And I think she was actually maybe there before she even came to work for the FBI. But it's. It's. Yeah, it's really disgraceful.
Sandy Rios: Yeah. And the thing that, that points out to me the ever frustrating thing for conservatives like us is that when the left gets caught, they are scooped up by the other parts of the left and given these incredible jobs like rewards. And our people who are passionate and strong and whistleblow and come out and fighting, you know sometimes by themselves get killed. You know I don't mean literally but they get killed financially. They lose jobs and they pay a huge price. but anyway, so that's very sad but Garland, the election is hurtling forward here.
Garland: We are supporting Tina Peters mitigation plan for 2026 election
what are you guys working on right now @vote GA, vote GA. What are you doing to try to influence or clean up what's going to be happening in a few weeks here?
Garland Favorito: Well right now we have a committee that ah, is meeting this week on Thursday. they are the House of joint committee House and Senate for specifying a new system. we're working on that. we are supporting Tina Peters mitigation plan that she's been talking about that's on her tinapeters US site. Very fascinating plan.
Sandy Rios: did you say, did you say Tina Peters?
Garland Favorito: Yes.
Sandy Rios: Oh, I don't know about this and I know Tina well. What is it? Tina Peters. What?
Garland Favorito: Tina is coming out with a mitigation plan her team for the 2026 election her team has put together. and it's, you know we have gotten the first part of that done. It's the declaration that there is a national security crisis. Mark William Mullin basically made that the day after President Trump spoke. and now we are ah, kind of the balls more or less in the Secretary of Commerce's hands, to you know, basically try to now have a, have a, you know, a review of all this voting system technology that has foreign parts in it, you know, Chinese chips and that sort of thing. so we are trying to get that done right now, and Tina and her, she's got a team of great people behind her.
Sandy Rios: Yeah, well, that's really cool. I mean, I, I'm really glad to hear that. I don't. He probably didn't announce her name when he said this, did he? Because I think I would have caught that. They're not calling it the Tina Peters initiative. that would not be wise. But that's really cool to hear, Garland. I'm really glad to hear that. So, well, all right. So we're all kind of slugging away in our own lane, trying to make, make things right. And we, have a God of, you know, God of justice, and we just pray for justice and truth and honesty and, that's. 25 states, including California, are suing the U.S. postal Service over mail ballot rules
Sandy Rios: 25 states, including California, are suing the U.S. postal Service. They are challenging the agency's final rule about mail in voting. President Trump's efforts to obtain the voter rolls from states like California has not been successful. Now it appears he wants to the United States Postal Service to engage in a similar effort. President Trump's war on vote by mail continues with new rules from the United States Postal Service that would govern the delivery of ballots and that has 25 Democratic states, including California, suing the USPS. President Trump doesn't get to rewrite our voting system on a whim. And the United States Postal Service cannot sidestep the laws that govern the Postal Postal Service just to carry out the President's agenda. The meat of the whole thing is the mail ballot police being the Postal Service. And, you know, that's what Trump wants. The Constitution mandates states run elections, not the federal government. The current and future legal challenges will likely tie up these USPS rules in the court, so there won't be an impact on the upcoming midterms. Ballots will be mailed out in LA county in just over one month. For the November 3rd election. The postal Service is proposing a nationwide brand new IT project where states and local jurisdictions send them lists and they collate the list and they get it out to their personnel. This has never been built and never been tested. And they're building a nationwide IT project or proposing to do so in the next three weeks, which is lunacy.
Sandy Rios: Well, maybe not, because we have to do something. And you know, President Trump, every, every turn, everything he tries to do to, make our election safe gets blocked by a court. And that's, that's not the, there's no exception here. You know, he asked for restrictions on mail in ballots. He's. Some things that make sense, like restrictions on how long they can, come in and who, who can actually mail, vote by mail. Like if you're going to Be gone if you're sick or whatever. There are some restrictions that, that President Trump wanted to place on those so that it didn't get out of hand as it has. It's already out of hand. And the Supreme Court actually, voted in favor of President Trump's executive order. But now these 25 states are suing again because the next step has been to use the Postal Service. And that ABC report just described it all. So, there are efforts being made to clean things up, and there are some successes. you just have to know there are some successes. And as a matter of fact, the Department of Homeland Security has just started a new initiative, too. They're going to be. They're announcing voter fraud probes in nine states before the midterms. As I understand that the initiative will be carried out by Homeland Security Investigations, which is the arm of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. and so the offices of Homeland Security Investigations are in, that are being part of this, are in Washington State, Wisconsin, Missouri, Georgia, California, Pennsylvania, Nevada, NewSong York and Connecticut. And so they're going to be doing these actions from September through mid October, just trying to find fraud, having people report. And I'm not sure exactly all of it help, but they are doing that. So I just wanted you to know that. Well, I hope you learned a lot today from Garland. I certainly did. And, we just, remain diligent, don't we? We just remain prayerful and diligent as we look toward this upcoming election. And I would encourage you not to get discouraged. It's easy to get discouraged. But don't quit. Don't quit. Don't quit. I've been, you know, I love history. And when I watch these retellings, I just watched one on, George Washington, and just the tenacity, the tenacity that he had, never stopping. In spite of all the adversity, in spite of the freezing feet and, the starvation in the camps and, the grumblings of the soldiers and all of that. He persevered, and so did the soldiers. That's what our founding fathers did. And we, you know, we have so little tolerance for being uncomfortable. And I just encourage you to just stay the course because at some point you won't be able to, you know, you won't be able to find. Fight back, because it'll be all done. Sheldon Whitehouse says Democrats will bring hell upon Supreme Court if Republicans lose
Sheldon Whitehouse: If we succeed is have me as, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary and your next speaker, Jamie Raskin, as the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. He and I are already working together. We are already meeting monthly to plan. Republicans can block my subpoenas in the Senate with a filibuster. They cannot block a Jamie Raskin House subpoena. So if we're working together, we can do twice the work. And we're going to put a lot of attention right away into the Supreme Court. And I'll end with this. three big things about the Supreme Court. One, we need to do a lot of investigating because not enough people know the story about how this court got captured by a bunch of creepy right wing billionaires. If you're paying attention, you know, but a lot of people don't know. And there are a lot of simple questions like did Clarence Thomas ever pay his taxes on the quarter million dollar loan forgiveness for his motor coach?
Sandy Rios: All right, that's the voice of Senator Sheldon Whitehouse. Cheerful thought, isn't it, that he would be the chairman of the Judiciary in the Senate if Republicans lose the majority. He's the senator from, Rhode island. And of course he's, he's very effective. He's a very effective liar. The one fun thing is I've seen him in certain, committee meetings in the Senate in this last year where secretaries are appointees of President Trump have really given him a hard time. So that's been, kind of nice to watch because he's usually, you know, falls on his feet every time or stays on his feet. But Sheldon is very dangerous. Jamie Raskin is the chairman of the Judiciary in the House. Can you imagine that? Well, I'm telling you this because, they are, they have plans. They're going to go after the justices, the conservative justices. You can imagine that the, the liberal judges will not be bothered. Ketanji Brown Jackson has nothing to worry about. But if the Democrats win in the House and the Senate, they will bring hell really upon every cabinet member, upon, every justice like Justice Thomas. They even actually he mentioned him. Can you imagine that they're warning us. There's already an organization that is planning to go after every attorney that has ever defended Donald Trump, all the attorneys that work for him now in justice. They're going to punish them, destroy them, take away, is that they can take away their licenses. That's what they, they've done to others. Jon Eastman, Jeff Clark comes to mind. And there are others too, who have just paid a Huge price for supporting President Trump. And then, of course, it's going to be, revenge on you, all of you conservative voters, you Christians, you, you, you people that are just, you know, believe in, the, the Constitution. Wave your flags. There will be hell to play. And I, I guess I would just say to all of you, I know there is a lot of, there are a lot of people that are unhappy right now because the Iran war, because of gas prices and the fact that prices have not gone down and at least not very much. And you're very upset about that. And there's kind of, I hear it in these comments that kind of, I'll, show them or I'm going to vote. I'll say I don't like to make this a party thing, but I have to because of the election. vote Republicans out because the Democrats, you know, maybe they, in leadership would do better. But that is a deception. You can't even imagine the destruction. Remember, Joe Biden's administration, where they spent and spent and spent and spent and gave away money in the last few months there when he knew he had lost, they just handed it out like candy. And that's why we have a 40 trillion dollar debt right now. We already had a high debt, and so we're trying, President Trump is trying to get us out of that debt. But, they, that's not going to happen under them. That's not, they're not going to care about that. They're not going to be caring about. You know, there will be open borders again. there will be transgender men in women's sports, there will be, you know, open bathrooms everywhere. It's all gonna, the wheels are gonna come off the bus. If you care about that, I suggest that you just kind of grit your teeth and bear this economic burden for right now. Because there's no president really, that I know ever, who has more ability economically and skill to get this country out of its debt and lower prices. President Trump, if you know anything about him, you know that, that he cares very much about the American people. He doesn't. He cares that you are struggling with gas prices and other things. He doesn't. Maybe, maybe he doesn't say that, but he says it in other ways. I would just say his overall Persona, the fact that he has really put himself in so much danger to be our president, to try to make things right all over the globe, to try to bring our reputation up, to try to deliver oil. Right now he's doing everything he Can. He's. We've got now 40 billion, I think barrels, I think billion, maybe million, I'm sorry, barrels of oil coming from Venezuela, that are coming here to kind of resupply our strategic reserves. He's doing everything he can, because he cares. He's a patriot. And so you, I suppose, you know, he's certainly not God. I've never said that. I don't even think he's a born again believer. I hope he is. but you, as politicians go, I think you can trust him m. To sort this economy out. So don't throw, you know, out the baby with the bathwater. I know he's not on the ballot, but the people that support him are on the ballot. And some who are absolute jerks like Thom Tillis, who are Republicans, even some of them, not Thom, he's quitting, are on the ballot. And we're just going to have to hold our nose and vote for them in order to keep majorities. Because, you have to think strategically. You can't just, have a little fit and say, I'm not voting for them or them or whatever. You have to think strategically because of the things that are at stake. You just heard Sheldon Whitehouse spell out just a little tiny bit of what they have in mind. And so, I just beg of you to be wise as serpents. That's what Jesus asked us to be.

Thom Tillis: I have been trying to explain for nearly a year that the SAVE act, whether it's the SAVE act, the Save America act, the new SAVE legislation that's being proposed in the House, Save goes to Hollywood, Save goes to Hawaii, whatever the sequels are, all of them are fundamentally flawed and impossible to implement by this election. Now let me explain why. In addition to actually having experience with legislating, ratifying and implementing voter ID law in North Carolina, I also happen to be a partner at, ah, Pricewaterhouse, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Global Business Services. My entire career has been founded on implementation. When you look at implementation, you look at the complexity of what it takes to get anything done, even the most simple thing. The reason why businesses pay firms like Price Waterhouse to do what we do is because details matter. Planning matters. Execution matters.
Sandy Rios: Well, yes, it does Senator Thom Tillis, you know, now he's putting flash on his objections. But before he just was, ah, he didn't want the Save America act because he hates President Trump. Now he's, you know, fleshing it out. Now it's too late, he's saying too late. And now yesterday or the day before, he announced that he is going to stop the Save America Act. He's going to put a hold on it. He will not allow the vote to take place. So, this is the Senator of North Carolina. He's made, I think someone needs to look into Senator Thom Tellis because something is not right. Why would he object to this so strongly? It asks for voter id, photo ID when you vote, and proof of citizenship when you register. Who could possibly be against that? Something like 75, 80% of Americans, Democrats and Republicans, approve of it. They think it's fine. And yet Senator Tellis is on this crusade to stop it. Why is that? It can't be just hatred of Donald Trump. It has to be something more. I wish someone would investigate what Thom Tillis is up to behind the scenes. And I'll go on record as saying that.
Garland Favorito says election integrity is ever more crucial now
All right, so we're in a. Not a crisis, but this election coming up, of course, is so crucial. We are certainly at a turning point and the stakes really couldn't be higher. I, you know, I've been covering this stuff for many years, decades actually. And every election I remember covering the Clintons and, you know, the outcomes of those elections. and it was always crucial. It was. But it is ever more crucial now because the socialists have taken a grip, the Islamists have taken a grip. Our Congress, I don't think, has ever been weaker. and the hatred for our president and the wish to destroy him has never been higher. And so we're kind of at a crucial moment. Never anything like this. And so election integrity is so important. And there's a gentleman down in Georgia who's been, he's talked with us before, but he has been on a crusade. He's a brilliant guy. He has been, providing information out of the state of Georgia and really for the country on all things election. Let me give you his bio. Garland Favorito is a career information technology professional with over 40 years of experience, and that includes 13 years of cyber security, for identities, accounts and transactions of over 1.5 million corporate, retail and small business online banking customers, over 20 years of voting system technology and election integrity, integrity advocacy. He was the first technical professional in America to advocate against a statewide implementation of Paperless electronic voting on the grounds that it posed a threat to the constitutional right to vote. And his claims were upheld 17 years later, years later in a US district court. So Garland has been that this for a long time. He has actually read the latest release of our declassification of all the documents about that have been hidden from us by our deep state. And we're going to talk about that, plus some other things. And with that, Garland Favorito.
Senator Thom Tillis says Save America Act can't be done
Thank you for joining us this morning,
Garland Favorito: Sandy, it's good to be back with you. Thank you for having me. I was fascinated by that clip you played of Senator Thom Tillis. and he was talking about his experience at Price Waterhouse tells him that, you know, Save America, that can't be done. Here's what I thought was interesting. So when I was in the business, we actually did what we call systems development methodologies. So we told other companies how to explain to them step by step, how to develop mission critical applications for their organizations. And we also had customers and reselled our methodology, and procedures to what then was known as the big eight firms. And one of those big eight firms was Price Waterhouse. So what I thought was really funny was that he was telling us, based on Price, his experience at Price Waterhouse, what could or could not be done for the Save America Act. Well, we actually developed a lot of the methodology procedures for, for Pricewaterhouse and some of the other big aides. And we were the ones that told Pricewaterhouse what could and could not be done for their customers. So I think it was kind of funny that he's saying that because of that it can be done. When yet. Well, why don't you talk to someone who actually helped Price Waterhouse do their procedures. And that was, an organization, a couple of organizations that I worked with back then. So, anyway, it can be done. But to your point, Sandy, there's something wrong. You hit, you really hit the nail on the head. You know, who in their right mind would, particularly a US Senator from North Carolina, who in their right mind would, you know, oppose having the assurance that all the voters are citizens? it's crazy. I mean, who, what American voter, regardless of what your political party affiliation is, what American voter would want their vote to be diluted by non citizens voting?
Sandy Rios: none, according to the polls. Nobody, you know, maybe 20%, according to the polls or less than that would go for that. So we know by the polling, Garland. And the thing of it is, Thom Tillis has been opposing this since it first was Introduced, it could have been passed. I'm not saying it couldn't be done. Now, look, lots of things are possible. You and I both know a lot of people that say things are impossible just don't want to get it done or they're too lazy. In his case, he just doesn't want to get it done. And he's been blocking it or, trying to destroy it since it was first introduced, when there was plenty of time, according to his narrative there. So he's a liar and, there's something wrong.
Garland Favorito: Yeah, exactly. Sandy, that was you. That was exactly the same point that I was going to make, too. I guess great minds think a lot, of course, but his claim is that there was not enough time now. But to your point, he was opposing it from the very beginning. Well, you're going to say there wasn't enough time then when at the very beginning that it was proposed, but no. Yeah, so. So that proves that there's something wrong there. There's something bigger that we don't know. and I think that was a great point that you've made, and I just wanted to re. Emphasize that.
Sandy Rios: Okay.
Garland Favorito: Because, you know, it might be years until we find out what has happened, and why he sold out. But what we do know from the declassified intelligence is that China was buying us politicians and journalists, to basically interfere with our 2020 election. So, it certainly sounds like, when you have a political position that makes no sense, to an American voter, it certainly reeks of the question what motivated him to do that? Was that, allegiance and influence from China or some other place? it's a question that we may not be able to answer for a couple of years, but I think that you are really, really astute to bring that up.
Sandy Rios: Yeah. Thank you. Thank you, Garland.
Garland: Georgia was ground zero for malfeasance during the 2020 election
Well, listen, one thing I want to recap because, you know, I don't need to tell you how many things are happening. when I first started covering news in Chicago, you know, in the 90s, there was a lot of news. I remember being absolutely exhausted trying to cover the Clinton impeachment, because there was so much. Every day, you know, was a bucket load of m. Information, but it's been. It was nothing like this. It was nothing like this. We have so much happening. So I think a reminder is necessary that in the 2020 election, Georgia was kind of ground zero for the malfeasance. Now, it wasn't the only place, but there. Some of you will remember, photos or videos of the counting late in the night in the big center in Atlanta, I think it was Atlanta. and the people, you know, counting votes after the vote count had stopped. And I know, Garland, you could tell that much better than I could, but I want to follow up on that, if I could, because, the federal government then recently, maybe a year ago, it seems maybe m. Months ago, came in and suddenly seized all those ballots from the 2020 election. But we never heard much about it. So what's happened with that?
Garland Favorito: Well, as far as we know, the investigation is still going on. it's kind of a long story, but it's definitely worth telling because it's so important. So I'm going to try to recap this as quickly as possible because you made a lot of key points there.
Sandy Feierstein: Election results in Georgia changed overnight in 2020
So let's start from the beginning as you, when in 2020, the election was held. And just like the other five battleground, states, the results changed overnight. Trump, you know, people went to bed. Trump had a, what. It was clearly an insurmountable lead according to the Secretary of State's own statistics. So as of the next morning, the. The Secretary of State's own Clarity elections reporting tool showed that, that Trump, both President Trump and David Perdue had insurmountable leads with 158 of 159 counties reported. The only county left to report was Fulton county, according to these reports. And, at that time, Trump, I think President Trump had 113,000 vote, lead and 107,000. And there was only 94,000 votes left to count, according to Secretary Raffensperger's own words on NBC interview, NBC Today interview the morning after election, however, and he said the accounting would be finished that day and it would not change the results. And instead two, hundred thousand votes were added over the next three days as counting continued of these phantom ballots that came in from areas that we still don't know and he's never been able to explain. and that changed the election results in Georgia in spite of the fact his own report showed that, you know, there was only a few thousand votes left to count. and you know, it was a done deal and all those votes were outstanding, were from Fulton County. So, in November 14th, that was about two weeks after the election, or ten days anyway, there was an audit conducted in Fulton County. I was there and two senior poll managers found counterfeit pallets in the, hand counts and they knew they were counterfeit because there were mail in ballots that weren't folded from being mailed. They were not, written, with a writing instrument. They weren't on the correct paper stock for a ballot, and they were voted the same way, dozens of ballots in a row, so they knew they were counterfeit. we filed a lawsuit immediately. we got an order to preserve those ballots on January 7th of 2021. and we tried for years to get those ballots. We've even won a case in the Georgia Supreme Court for standing to ensure that we were able to get the ballots. We filed open records, requests for court action. Seven different entities have been trying to get the ballots, from Fulton County. There were civil cases, a criminal case. The state election board, two divisions of the Department of Justice, all were seeking the ballots that, we had preserved from that order. And finally, as you said, Sandy, on January 28th of this year, the FBI came in and seized the ballot, and, that Fulton county refused to give to us. And so, they have the ballots. That investigation should be wrapping up shortly. we have not heard the results of it yet. I, know there's a lot going on, and, that's where we stand with Fulton county, at the moment.
Sandy Rios: Okay, well, good, because I thought. I was afraid it had just gotten lost, you know, in the. In the depths of the sea, never to be seen again, which is what happens to a lot of things that are happening now. But I.
Sandy Garland: Georgia Secretary of State Brad Ravensburger was defeated
The other thing is, you have a Secretary of State named Brad Raffensperger, and my impression, we learned more and more about him. Initially, a lot of my friends thought he was a great guy, but he turned out not to be a great guy. Garland. So what do we know about him for sure? And can we say what his role in this was? Do we know now?
Garland Favorito: Well, what we can say? Well, first of all, we know Brad Ravensburger. He's got a mysterious background. He came from Canada, and he declared bankruptcy in 2008. but yet he had, enough money to spend over a million dollars in 2018 to literally buy the Secretary of State's office.
Sandy Rios: Wow.
Garland Favorito: And, so that's a little bit about his background. And he's. He was ran as a Republican and supposed to be very conservative. in theory, when he got into office, he did. Basically, he turned over elections to some of the most rabid anti Trump contractors you can ever imagine. and, so that's a little bit about his background. But the question, the key question you ask Is what is his role in all this? Well, he has basically been orchestrating a massive cover up of the 2020 election. we documented, and up in our voterga.org studies tab, we documented his cover up. he had written a letter, with a lot of these, his claims. He had written a letter to Congress and the Georgia Legislature about what, you know, why there was nothing to see here. And we did a study of his 10 page letter and we found 42 false or deceptive statements in that letter. And I've testified as an expert witness about this in court cases. So, we. He basically, you know, you talk about Thom Tellis line. this was probably line at a more epic proportion. You know, not about one thing, but about really about 42 different things. So, that is, we published that. And the bottom line, Sandy, is that he's just been, he's been orchestrating a major cover up. And what's interesting about this, he is allegedly a Republican and he's been covering up for the Democrats in Fulton County. And the reason is that as an election official, he doesn't want anything to come bad to come out about the. How the election was conducted because even though it might have been a problem with Democrats, it's a bad reflection on him. So, what we've learned is election officials just want to have quiet elections. It doesn't really matter who won the election and who's.
Sandy Rios: They don't. They don't want to be accountable. They don't want to be accountable.
Garland Favorito: No controversy.
Sandy Rios: So, in 2020, then, correct me if I'm wrong, he was elected, reelected sec. Was he on the ballot to be Secretary of State again? I think so.
Garland Favorito: He was reelected in 2022.
Sandy Rios: okay. Go figure. All right, so he's your current Secretary of State, but he ran for Governor. Right. And he just lost. He did not make the top two. so, I, I'm actually, actually the thing that I'm curious about is, among other things, is your midterms, because he's still in charge of that election. So how, from your perspective, did your midterms go in terms of honesty and integrity, or can you know that yet?
Garland Favorito: Well, I don't. I don't know that they went that well. I, mean, first of all, the good news, to your point, was that not only Brad Ravensburger was defeated, but the Attorney General who was covering up for him, Krish Carr, was also defeated in his attempt to run for governor. Ironically, they were running against, each Other. And, his chief operating officer, Gabriel Sterling, who ran for Secretary of State, was also defeated. Okay, all three of them were defeated.
Sandy Rios: That's great.
Garland Favorito: in the primaries. But the question is, as you said, you know, why has that leave the midterms? Did we have honest, elections? we had a very strange governor's race down here in the primary where, a candidate named Rick Jackson, came in claiming to be a Trump person, spent $100 million trying to. Yeah, that is an insane amount of money. Unheard of, but he literally spent over $100 million that was, on negative, false negative attack ads against Trump's endorsed candidate for governor of Georgia, Bert Jones, who was the current Lieutenant governor, who's been very supportive of our election integrity issues. So that was a really strange situation. That was very disturbing. and now we're going into the midterms, the general election, and we don't know. I mean, to answer your question, you know, as best I can, Sandy, we don't know, if we're going to have honest elections or not, because right now we still have secretly counted elections on secret proprietary software and we have secretly preserved ballots. For the most part. They're very. Even though we've gotten laws passed to make them public record, the county still want, you know, up to $50,000 in eight months to, to produce them. So that makes it. Render it useless. so we're in a terrible situation is the bottom line.
Sandy Rios: So nothing, you know, you're. I think you've made some gains, but it's still not corrected, which is the way I see it all over the country. I just see it everywhere. Garland. Nobody has really been able to really, purge or do things right. I mean, there have been some great, efforts to clean up the voter rolls, but the blue states refuse to cooperate. They won't do it. And so then that's a lot of the swing states right now.
Garland: Let me ask you a couple questions about your own elections
Well, let me ask you a couple, just one more. Couple questions, more about your own elections before we go to a different topic. in your Senate election, Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnick won, that same 2010, 20 cycle where things were so wild. And So, now Jon Ossoff is running again, against Mike Collins, who is a. Ah. I've interviewed Mike. He's a great guy. He's a trucker. He's a very strong conservative, very tough, kind of no nonsense. And Jon is like very m. Polished and slick and has tons of money, doesn't he, Garland?
Garland Favorito: yeah, he probably does. And you know, back to your point for a minute. Jon Ossoff again, was elected in a runoff with David Perdue that should have never happened because if you remember, we mentioned a little bit earlier in this interview that David Perdue was, he was 78,000 votes over the margin when there were, and the margin for runoff. and that was, there was no way that Ossoff could have caught up if we only had a few thousand votes to count as the, as the Secretary of State's own reports showed. so, you know, it's highly questionable if Jon Ossoff was ever legitimately elected in the first place. to your, to your point.
Sandy Rios: Yeah. but, but same way with Rafael, right? The same way with Raphael Warnock, wasn't it?
Garland Favorito: Yeah, Raphael Warnock was elected, in the special election over, I think, Kelly Loeffler, who was a former senator as well. so, and that there's, there's less data on that election, than there is on the Purdue, Ossoff election. because that one, you know, we've got the clear cut data on that one, that it is in all likelihood illegitimate. but the, also the Raphael Warnock, election is also questionable over Kelly Loughner Lofter. but there isn't quite as much evidence, on that one to prove one way or another who actually won.
Sandy Rios: Okay.
Sandy Garland: Georgia still uses Dominion voting machines, correct
All right. So the other thing that you and I are both very interested in, I know, is the, voting machines. Because Georgia used Dominion, correct? Yeah, Dominion machines. Yeah. So we're, you know, Dominion's gone out of business, haven't they? And they have another. I don't know. That's all very, gray to me. I just know some things about it. But why have the machines not been removed and have. Maybe they have and I don't know it.
Garland Favorito: No, no, they have not been removed. You're right. They're clinging to those machines because, you know, neither Republicans or Democrats really want to have honest elections. so, but they are hanging onto those machines. There's a lot of lobbyist money in it. we have a QR coded voting system which hides the votes in a QR code that you as a voter cannot verify. it is against hava. There's an explicit HAVA law that says that voters must be able to verify their ballots. it violates several statutes, in Georgia law. and yet we still have these, the software and this hard Dominion system. And we're going into the election using this system if, nothing happens.
Sandy Rios: Garland, the President issued an executive order, and he instructed the, not sure what EAC stands for, Election something, a commissioner probably, to decertify all systems previously certified under its wholly inadequate standards. And so he wants to get rid of these machines. but what happened about that? Were they, Were they decertified or not?
Garland Favorito: I'm glad you asked that question. So the Election Assistance Commission has never decertified the systems according to his executive order. So we have had to turn around and sue the Election Assistance Commission to vacate the certification of the Dominion system because we found out that it never met the original certification guidelines, specifically for password protection and encryption keys. So we pursued. And ironically, it is President Trump's Department of Justice that is defending the EAC against us when we're trying to implement President Trump's, executive order. That's the irony of the whole thing, how bad the situation is right now. you're right. Nothing has been done. And it's a very sore subject for me and a lot of other voters in Georgia.
Sandy Rios: Well, it's a sore subject for me, too, because it affects us all nationally. It affects us all this voting machine corruption. And so,
Garland Favorito: Right. And, Sandy, if. If our lawsuit was upheld, it would have national impact because all versions of the Dominion systems would eventually have to be, decertified or have their certifications vacated because they were never legitimately certified.
Sandy Rios: Yeah. You know, Brad, but to make my earlier point more clear, a lot of states, all the states still use these voting machines in California in their wacky recent, election. they use, in, I think it's LA county they use, still use smartmatic. so. And that's never been changed. I just. This is just. It's very upsetting. It really is, because the President's doing everything he can, and yet people are just defying him.
Garland Favorito: I'm so glad you mentioned that. So smartmatic is a particular, travesty, as is, the LA county situation, because they entered into, I think, what was a $282 million contract with Smartmatic. Now, Smartmatic and the declassified intelligence shows that Smartmatic and the Venezuelan military intelligence had basically concocted a plan to rig elections by manipulating votes. And smartmatic officials were in on it. they have been accused of rigging the Philippine elections, which, occurred around 2015 or so. And, they have even. Some of the officials have even been indicted in Miami for money laundering in conjunction with the Philippine election. so this is Smartmatic they were, They, acquired Sequoia in 2005 and Sequoia is a US voting machine company. At the time of the acquisition, they were probably the third largest voting system company in America. They were acquired by smartmatic after they were trying to rig elections with Venice, Venezuela. And then Dominion acquired, Sequoia after smartmatic had to divest itself, of the company. So they had to divest themselves of it. In 2007. They ended up divesting to their own management team. And then eventually Dominion came in and acquired it when they only had one little municipality in Canada. That's all Dominion ever had. and then. But they ended up getting a $400 million, dubious investment to be able to buy Sequoia from smartmatic. But the smartmatic was that acquisition of Sequoia was considered a moderate threat to the United States security and therefore, it was, basically they had to divest. However, after that happens, to get back to your point, LA county then goes into an agreement with them, to spend $282 million with a company that is considered to be a threat to United States of America security. it's insane.
Sandy Rios: We know who runs things there. I think of Karen Bass, who is a, we know what she is. She's a leftist slash communist. and so that doesn't surprise me. You know, it's just their whole system is so corrupt. But this is. I want to make the point, everyone listening. This is going to happen everywhere in. If we don't stop it. And so I think we. And actually we have to be take a cue from Garland, who has, organized a strong group in Georgia who have remained diligent and even though you, you haven't maybe made the big news to have, justice applied through the courts because you got. Seems like some corrupt judges there, you have been able to manage to at least get these three, ah, out, you know, not elected. And that's because you got the message out to people, Garland. And so I think that,
Sandy Cohen says fighting election interference is worth it even when it seems hopeless
Would you say with all the work you've put into this and all the hours, and we're not even done with the hours you've spent on this, the China election interference information. Is it worth it? Has it been worth it to you and why do you continue to do it when it sometimes seems so hopeless?
Garland Favorito: Well, thanks, thanks Sandy, for saying that. yeah, it's definitely worth it and it does seem hopeless at times. I meant to say this earlier, but, you know, we have Achieved more election integrity improvements in our legislation since 2020 than any other state. We're really proud of that. But to your point, it's still, we're still conducting secretly counted elections on secret proprietary software and secretly preserved ball. And you know, we haven't been able to solve that problem. So in spite of all of our accomplishments, we still have this huge, massive problem to solve. But yeah, it's definitely worth it. and because if we don't fight this battle, we're gone and lose our country. We are on the verge of a communist takeover of America. That is what we're fighting. it's a revolution that is probably as serious of a revolution as we had in 1776. it's that serious. So, it's definitely worth fighting. We have to fight for our ah, ancestors, our families, our friends and our sons and daughters and grandchildren. We've got to do this fight. But the good news is and that we're winning. I mean, I've been doing this for 20 years as you know, or 25 actually. and ah, now I'm full time as a volunteer. But we are winning and we're seeing that we're winning like we've never won before. Everybody understands elections has a problem. we are making great headway. We're making, putting on a lot of pressure. and they never, they always thought that we were going to give up. And because we didn't give up, we have a chance to save our country. So I would encourage everybody, to keep the faith. We are making progress. It's pretty exciting right now. It's an incredible time to live in, because we will be responsible for saving our country.
Sandy Rios: I agree. yeah, and I think people need to. I agree with you. This is a revolution. Every bit as serious the, and it's worse in many ways because it's stealth. It's. That revolution was overt. you know, it was like, you know, simple. It was the US against the Brits. We wanted to be free. There was confusion about who are you going to be loyal to? But it was still easier than this stealth kind of takeover that we're experiencing. And Garland, I want to give, practically speaking, those of you that are in Georgia, you can get in, in touch with his organization. I believe, correct me if I'm wrong. Recently we had this declassification of all these intelligence agencies about the 2020 election
Sandy Rios: Okay, so let's, switch topics for a minute and we maybe can't linger on this as much as we might have liked to, Garland, but you. recently we had this declassification of all these intelligence agencies by issue of President Trump. And we have learned a ton about the 2020 election. Much greater problems than we ever guessed. President Trump gave a national address on this. The major networks, for the most part, refused to cover it, and the cable networks. And so some of you still don't know. Still don't know. one of the things that the President announced was that China had breached 220 million Americans voter files. We'll just start with that because, Garland, this, I believe, is thousands of pages. And you have read them all right?
Garland Favorito: Yes. What, I decided to do was to read them, and then to report on them because nobody had done that and, nobody was doing that. You know, of course, Jon Solomon's doing a great job of getting the information out, but then, you know, we need somebody to carry it on. So we did that. We've done, reports. We've got, five press releases, on our press release tab right [email protected] about the declassified documents. We did a whole two hour event on for War Room on the declassified documents. that's on our voterga.org events tab. You can watch that in its entirety. and, the last press release we put out sums it up really well. At least the China part of it, there was just a massive, election interference campaign. As you mentioned, they breached 220 million voter roll records. and to collect PII, which is personal identifying information for American voters, they shipped in 20,000 fake driver's license. And we mentioned earlier that they were literally paying journalists and, congressmen, think tank officials, former government officials, anybody they could find to try to interfere with and influence the 2020 election. Started long before back to 2018 and has come forward a long time since then. So, massive, Chinese influence. And then the most disturbing part of the declassified intelligence is that our own U.S. intelligence agencies were in bed with China and covering up, for this Chinese interference. They were withholding the information from Congress, they withheld it from President Biden and President Trump, and they withheld it from all of President Trump's administrative officials. they did not want, people to know, officials to know that China was attempting to interfere with our elections. Absolutely treasonous behavior. We have one deputy director admitting that she was running a shadow government. Across the FBI, we have another nsa, analyst admitting they withheld all information about elections from the President of the United States in his daily briefs. and we've got the intelligence documents that show that they reported that China was not attempting to influence the 2020 election when they had this massive nine point, initiative, nine different ways they were trying to interfere and influence the election. It's all amazing stuff and that really every American needs to know and understand.
Sandy Rios: You know, when the President made his speech, of course I was, This is, this is an issue that I've been covering for a long time. Not like you, Garland, because I have to cover so many other things, but it's, a bit, it's a passion for me, because I love this country and I can't stand, the way they have polluted our voting system. I remember when I was a kid, we voted. when I was, I didn't vote, but my parents would vote. And the next morning we knew the results was, It's been happening like that for decades. It's not, I'm sure there's been voter fraud throughout the, you know, couple of centuries. We've been around, but nothing like this where they stopped voting. We've never stopped voting. They vote and they count into the. Stop counting, they count into the night, and the next morning you have the results. And so when the 2020 election shut down early, really not even that late at night, it was shocking. And so we have to understand that was a turning point for this country in our elections. So I'm pretty upset about that. But I was watching an exchange between Ed Henry and another, anchor, I believe it was on Newsmax, and Ed actually said, I'm banging on Ed here. But he said, well, that doesn't mean they interfered in the elections, does it? Okay, so Garland, let's for a second, what did China do when they breached the 220 million American voter files. What did that do to hurt the elections? What possibly could it have done to interfere with the 2020 election?
Garland Favorito: Well, to give you an example, and this is from. We actually know this from intelligence documents. So they were mining pir, which is personal identifying information for all these voters. Now, in conjunction with that, and which appears to be somewhat afterward, they shipped in 20,000 fake, driver's license to try to get, Chinese residents here who were non citizens to cast fake votes for the 2020 election. So that could have been one way in which the mining of the records were used against us. And those are actual documented facts of China interfering in our 2020 election.
Sandy Rios: And I think I read that they already had shipped like 20, 20 million, or, I don't know if it's million or a thousand actually over the border, that they had intercepted, fake driver's licenses at the border. That's in addition to what you're talking about here. So, you know, who knows what else they did. So, and also the other thing that I don't think you said, but they actually went on a campaign like on social media and all kinds of outlets to turn Americans against each other, to just, to sort of sow discord and confusion, and they were very successful at that.
Garland Favorito: Yes, indeed. All these things you hear and see that happened in 2020 could very well have been attributed to China because in fact, the intelligence documents attributes, a lot of that information, you know, ah, creating racial tensions in America, creating anti American, anti immigration, pro immigration, you know, conflicts between different communities, you know, things that President Trump was trying to do. You know, they create the Cove 19 virus and then they try to claim that he's not responding to it properly. it's just the list goes on. It was absolutely fascinating to read the extent of the influence campaign that they had, during that time.
Sandy Rios: Do you know, I'm asking you something you don't necessarily know, and I surely don't either. If, any retribution, I'm assuming, you know, President Trump has. They've dismissed 300,000 or asked to leave or paid to leave 300,000 federal employees. And I know that there's been a big purge, you know, at justice, and I think there's been a pretty good purge at, CIA. Also you wonder if they've purged these. And the FBI also you wonder if they purged these people that participated in this. Do you have any knowledge of that?
Garland Favorito: I don't have direct knowledge of that, but that appears to be what is happening because you know as I think Tulsa Gabbard mentioned time that was. As they uncover this, they realize who the people were who are involved. and you know most of them have left or been fired. and but we don't have the exact information. We know for example one of the woman who admitted running a shadow government is now m. Been employed by Microsoft for their Azure system. And it's. And I think she was actually maybe there before she even came to work for the FBI. But it's. It's. Yeah, it's really disgraceful.
Sandy Rios: Yeah. And the thing that, that points out to me the ever frustrating thing for conservatives like us is that when the left gets caught, they are scooped up by the other parts of the left and given these incredible jobs like rewards. And our people who are passionate and strong and whistleblow and come out and fighting, you know sometimes by themselves get killed. You know I don't mean literally but they get killed financially. They lose jobs and they pay a huge price. but anyway, so that's very sad but Garland, the election is hurtling forward here.
Garland: We are supporting Tina Peters mitigation plan for 2026 election
what are you guys working on right now @vote GA, vote GA. What are you doing to try to influence or clean up what's going to be happening in a few weeks here?
Garland Favorito: Well right now we have a committee that ah, is meeting this week on Thursday. they are the House of joint committee House and Senate for specifying a new system. we're working on that. we are supporting Tina Peters mitigation plan that she's been talking about that's on her tinapeters US site. Very fascinating plan.
Sandy Rios: did you say, did you say Tina Peters?
Garland Favorito: Yes.
Sandy Rios: Oh, I don't know about this and I know Tina well. What is it? Tina Peters. What?
Garland Favorito: Tina is coming out with a mitigation plan her team for the 2026 election her team has put together. and it's, you know we have gotten the first part of that done. It's the declaration that there is a national security crisis. Mark William Mullin basically made that the day after President Trump spoke. and now we are ah, kind of the balls more or less in the Secretary of Commerce's hands, to you know, basically try to now have a, have a, you know, a review of all this voting system technology that has foreign parts in it, you know, Chinese chips and that sort of thing. so we are trying to get that done right now, and Tina and her, she's got a team of great people behind her.
Sandy Rios: Yeah, well, that's really cool. I mean, I, I'm really glad to hear that. I don't. He probably didn't announce her name when he said this, did he? Because I think I would have caught that. They're not calling it the Tina Peters initiative. that would not be wise. But that's really cool to hear, Garland. I'm really glad to hear that. So, well, all right. So we're all kind of slugging away in our own lane, trying to make, make things right. And we, have a God of, you know, God of justice, and we just pray for justice and truth and honesty and, that's. 25 states, including California, are suing the U.S. postal Service over mail ballot rules
Sandy Rios: 25 states, including California, are suing the U.S. postal Service. They are challenging the agency's final rule about mail in voting. President Trump's efforts to obtain the voter rolls from states like California has not been successful. Now it appears he wants to the United States Postal Service to engage in a similar effort. President Trump's war on vote by mail continues with new rules from the United States Postal Service that would govern the delivery of ballots and that has 25 Democratic states, including California, suing the USPS. President Trump doesn't get to rewrite our voting system on a whim. And the United States Postal Service cannot sidestep the laws that govern the Postal Postal Service just to carry out the President's agenda. The meat of the whole thing is the mail ballot police being the Postal Service. And, you know, that's what Trump wants. The Constitution mandates states run elections, not the federal government. The current and future legal challenges will likely tie up these USPS rules in the court, so there won't be an impact on the upcoming midterms. Ballots will be mailed out in LA county in just over one month. For the November 3rd election. The postal Service is proposing a nationwide brand new IT project where states and local jurisdictions send them lists and they collate the list and they get it out to their personnel. This has never been built and never been tested. And they're building a nationwide IT project or proposing to do so in the next three weeks, which is lunacy.
Sandy Rios: Well, maybe not, because we have to do something. And you know, President Trump, every, every turn, everything he tries to do to, make our election safe gets blocked by a court. And that's, that's not the, there's no exception here. You know, he asked for restrictions on mail in ballots. He's. Some things that make sense, like restrictions on how long they can, come in and who, who can actually mail, vote by mail. Like if you're going to Be gone if you're sick or whatever. There are some restrictions that, that President Trump wanted to place on those so that it didn't get out of hand as it has. It's already out of hand. And the Supreme Court actually, voted in favor of President Trump's executive order. But now these 25 states are suing again because the next step has been to use the Postal Service. And that ABC report just described it all. So, there are efforts being made to clean things up, and there are some successes. you just have to know there are some successes. And as a matter of fact, the Department of Homeland Security has just started a new initiative, too. They're going to be. They're announcing voter fraud probes in nine states before the midterms. As I understand that the initiative will be carried out by Homeland Security Investigations, which is the arm of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. and so the offices of Homeland Security Investigations are in, that are being part of this, are in Washington State, Wisconsin, Missouri, Georgia, California, Pennsylvania, Nevada, NewSong York and Connecticut. And so they're going to be doing these actions from September through mid October, just trying to find fraud, having people report. And I'm not sure exactly all of it help, but they are doing that. So I just wanted you to know that. Well, I hope you learned a lot today from Garland. I certainly did. And, we just, remain diligent, don't we? We just remain prayerful and diligent as we look toward this upcoming election. And I would encourage you not to get discouraged. It's easy to get discouraged. But don't quit. Don't quit. Don't quit. I've been, you know, I love history. And when I watch these retellings, I just watched one on, George Washington, and just the tenacity, the tenacity that he had, never stopping. In spite of all the adversity, in spite of the freezing feet and, the starvation in the camps and, the grumblings of the soldiers and all of that. He persevered, and so did the soldiers. That's what our founding fathers did. And we, you know, we have so little tolerance for being uncomfortable. And I just encourage you to just stay the course because at some point you won't be able to, you know, you won't be able to find. Fight back, because it'll be all done.
