The Importance of Light Over Darkness and Being God's Ambassadors
Abraham Hamilton III Darkness is not an affirmative force. It simply reoccupies the space vacated by the light.
Abraham Hamilton III This is the Hamilton Corner on American Family Radio.
Abraham Hamilton III It should be uncomfortable for a believer to live as a hypocrite, delivering people
Abraham Hamilton III out of the bondage of mainstream media and the philosophies of this world.
Abraham Hamilton III God has called you and me to be his ambassadors even in this dark moment. Let's not miss our moment.
Abraham Hamilton III And now the Hamilton Corner.
Alex McFarland Would you believe that 250 years ago Benjamin Franklin was an emissary to France and he was in the colonies. He was very prominent in the American Revolution.
Benjamin Franklin's Vision for America and Its Religious Foundation
Not only the Declaration of Independence, but the Constitution. And Benjamin Franklin, he was a Christian. He was led to the Lord by a Presbyterian evangelist named George Whitefield. A lot of people think that our founders were just secularists, but Benjamin Franklin had the foresight enough to realize that America was going to be like the persons that populated this country. Hi, Alex McFarland. here we've got a great show today. Fantastic show. I'm very honored to be sitting in on the Hamilton Corner. But Benjamin Franklin wrote a little pamphlet and circulated it throughout Europe and I want to read from it. And then we're going to bring up a very special guest, a colleague.
Information to Those Who Would Remove to America: Encouraging Religion and Cautioning Against Infidelity
But Benjamin Franklin was in France and he didn't want America to get corrupted with atheists. So he writes this pamphlet called Information to those who would remove to America. And here's what it said. He said, bad examples to youth are rare in America, which must be a, comfortable consideration to parents. This may be truly added that in America serious religion under its various denominations is not only tolerated but encouraged and practiced. Atheism is unknown here in America. Infidelity is rare and secret so that persons may live to a great age in America without ever having their piety shocked by meeting with either an atheist or an infidel. End of quote. Isn't that something? Now he said serious religion is not only encouraged here, but practiced. And he meant Christianity. today with something like less than 50% of adults professing Christianity, we've fallen a long ways and we need a restoration of the gospel. We need a restoration of belief in the authority of scripture. And to talk with us about that and to give some good news in a post Christian America. A voice of encouragement in a post Christian America.
Reflections on America's Decline in Religious Practice and Benjamin Franklin's Perspective
Longtime friend and colleague, Carl Kirby. Carl is founder of Reasons for Hope. He and I have partnered on many, many ministry projects over the years, including numerous summer camps that we'll tell you about as well, but, he's a busy man. He's with us now, and we're very grateful, my friend. Champion of the gospel, Carl Kirby. Welcome to the American Family Radio Network.
Tim Wildmon Dr. Alex, you are a blessing to let me be with you.
Alex McFarland Well, it's good to have you. so Benjamin Franklin, 250 years ago, he circulates this document, says, information to those that would remove and come to America. He's basically saying, hey, look, we encourage belief in God here, and it's a good moral place.
Abraham Hamilton III So.
Alex McFarland So if you're coming to America, you know, if you don't like Christianity, you might want to think about not coming stay over in pagan France or Europe. what do you think Benjamin Franklin would say if he hit the streets of America in 2026?
Tim Wildmon Oh, he wouldn't even begin to recognize that. I worked for the federal government for over 24 and a half years, and I can't tell you how many times I was threatened to be fired for proselytizing.
Personal Experience with Government Restrictions on Religious Expression
And I mean, nothing more than somebody asked me a question and I would answer it. I remember one time it, came to a head. My supervisor pulled me out on the back, you know, away from everybody, and started chewing me up and down and how he was going to do this, now he's going to do that, and all this sort of a thing. And I finally just looked at him and I said, look, Don, let me put it to you like this. If God wants me here, there's not a thing you can do to get me out. And if he does want me here, there's not a thing I can do to stay. So you got to do what you got to do, and I'm going to do what I got to do. Hope you have a great day. And walked out on him. And I mean, that was just the federal government in a quote, unquote, Christian nation.
Nostalgia for a Past America Where Religious Blessings Were Common in Public Schools
yes, we have fallen very far. I remember watching a movie a long time ago. You might remember the exact, title. Time changer, Something like that. Yeah, I just remember watching that. And the individual that just went back not even hundreds of years, if I remember correctly, it was only maybe 50, 75 years, something like that. But how much he was appalled at how far we had fallen in such a short amount of time.
Alex McFarland Yeah. Do you know, Carl, when I was in school, Pleasant Garden Elementary School, I talk about it a lot. It's just this lovely little part of North Carolina. My family's been there a long, long time. Pleasant Garden, we, every day we would line up to go to lunch. This went up to sixth grade. When I got to middle school, seventh grade, it didn't happen. But up through sixth grade. first of all, every morning, we would say the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. But then, I mean, I remember Ms. Finch, Ms. Satterfield, Ms. Ray, Ms. Hayes. Those were my teachers. we would line up to walk to the cafeteria, and she would say, who would like to say the blessing today? And this, ah, is a public school. And the kids were like, me, Me. Pick me. Pick me. Ah. And everybody wanted to say the blessing. And it might just be, thank you, God, for the food. And we'd walk to the cafeteria and listen. There were no lawsuits. There was no weapons on campus. I had never heard of the words like pot or meth or anything. And I don't know, Carl, I think about it, back when publicly and privately, we acknowledged God. was it a better America, Carl? Was it a safer America back then?
Tim Wildmon Well, there's no. No doubt about that.
The Impact of Removing Prayer from Schools and Rejecting Biblical Principles
I mean, there's a really interesting book that I read a long time ago, America To Pray or Not to Pray, by David Barton. And I think he did some phenomenal research, and he shows the impact that what has happened in America since prayer, public prayer, was removed out of the school system. And he shows every statistic, and it's unbelievable, the immediate and dramatic hockey stick increase in every bad thing that you can think of. And there was one that really decreased, and that was the number of people that were passing, school. So just immed decrease. Now people say. So, Carl, you're saying taking a 22 generic word prayer out of schools is. Is what caused all this? No, I'm saying that a generation that, was born in a country that was founded on biblical principles by Christians. I mean, go read the Mayflower Compact. When we said, God, no, thank you. We can take over from here. He gave us what we asked for the same way that he did the Israelites. And we've seen what's happened. We rejected him, and he's let us have what it is that we've asked for as a nation, not as individuals.
The Influence of Karl Marx and Charles Darwin on Modern Society's Values
Because Christians are still here. We're still firm. We're still bold. And I think that we need to keep doing that. We keep speaking the truth in love, and we be a light that's shining in the darkness.
Alex McFarland You know, a couple hours ago, I had the great privilege. I was on another AFR show with, Erwin Lutzer, the former pastor of Moody M Church in Chicago.
Tim Wildmon Love him. Love him.
Fred Jackson Oh, yeah.
Alex McFarland He's phenomenal. And he has got a brand new book out called Marx and Moody. Now Karl Marx, his Life overlapped with DL Moody by about 46 years. And anyway, Marx, which is a very influential philosopher about economics and he was an atheist and he knew and he told some of his generals, Karl Marx said, the thing that's going to prevent us from succeeding in America is the church. But here's the thing. Karl Marx was heavily, heavily, heavily influenced, as you know, and I'm going to ask you to comment. Karl Marx was influenced by, an author named Charles Darwin. Now, Carl, is it accurate to say so much of what we see all around us, the abortion rate, the belief that we can transition to a different gender, homosexuality, the idea that, economies evolve, religious beliefs are not given from God to man, but religion evolved. Could it be that so much about what we see all around us and really so much of what's wrong with the world is due to the influence of, the late, infamous Charles Darwin?
Tim Wildmon Well, there's no doubt that that is a belief system that has impacted this world beyond anything that I think anybody could have imagined.
The Battle Between Creation and Evolution and the Basis for Morality
Because ultimately it became a battle between in the beginning, God versus in the beginning nothing. And if science quote unquote is correct in their teaching that in the beginning nothing turned into something to turn into everything that we see, then that absolutely impacts human value. And we have seen that over and over again human, morality. Because you cannot justify Christian morality apart from Christian God. I use this quite a bit when I'm doing my talks, especially with younger generation, because it's like, well, he's a good person. He's a good person. He doesn't believe in God. So you don't have to believe in God to have good morals. Well, here's the problem. You need a lawgiver to be able to enforce the laws that were given. Where do the laws come from if they are just chemical complexes that, you know, take place inside of our heads? Well, what makes my chemical, you know, reactions different and better than yours? Everybody's got their own chemicals, so everybody gets their own laws. No, we know there's an ultimate right and wrong. Even the atheists know there's a right and a wrong. There are, there's good and there's bad. But they, they can't justify the Christian morality apart from the Christian God. And I think many times we have to challenge them to say, look, if this is true, in the beginning, nothing turned into something. It's all just Random chance processes, given enough time, right circumstances, that destroys everything because ultimately everybody's going to have their freedom to do what they think is right. And that leads to nothing but death and suffering.
Alex McFarland did Darwin himself ask, regarding his theory and regarding, you know, anyone's worldview, did Darwin say something like, you know, why should we trust convictions in the mind of a monkey?
Debunking the Myth of Charles Darwin's Deathbed Conversion to Christianity
Tim Wildmon I cannot say for certainty I've never heard that quote. So I would not want to, I would not go on a record and say that. Yeah, that's an accurate quote. I don't know. I know some people have claimed that he rejected his, atheism at the end of his life and that's, that's been proven to not be true.
Alex McFarland Exactly. forgive me, I'm so glad you mentioned that. I was going to ask you this, I promise. Because here's the thing. Every weekend I'm on the road, hundreds of times people come up to me, well meaning Christians. But I don't think this is accurate. People say, well, you know, Alex, on his deathbed, Charles Darwin became a Christian. I don't think there's any evidence for that. Would you speak to that please, Carl?
Tim Wildmon Yeah, yeah, there's, it's called the Lady Hope theory. And there was supposedly a lady that was with him that took notes and he rejected, you know, his past beliefs and, and received Christ as a savior. But there is nothing, nothing, no documentation that would support that in the least. It was a, I think it was story made up by probably some well intentioned people. But it's not accurate and it's not true. So we shouldn't, we shouldn't use it.
The Irrefutable Evidence of a Creator and the Design in Nature
Alex McFarland Oh, amen. Amen. And you know, even if that were true, that Darwin had a deathbed conversion, which I don't think is true, and I don't think there's any credible evidence to that that would not nullify, evolution, nor would it affirm creation.
Abraham Hamilton III Yeah.
Alex McFarland Now I reject Darwinian evolution. I do not believe in, Darwinian evolution whatsoever. But it's not, verified or falsified based on an anecdotal story about a deathbed conversion.
Tim Wildmon Absolutely not. I think it's, we can just look at the world around us and know, beyond a shadow of a doubt that there's a creator. I mean even, you know, I'll never forget watching this one video. It's a documentary where they're doing autopsies on giant animals, you know, elephants and whales and this sort of a thing. And I love that. And they were talking about the physiology. It was, actually, Richard Dawkins was one of the guys, but I forget the name of the scientist that was talking about the. Just the genetics or not the genetics, but the physical anatomical structure of the giraffe. And he's talking about how when they run, it's a piston and their, their legs come together, force the air out and all this sort of a thing. Amazing. And he goes, amazing. Design, evolved. And I mean so even the atheist can see design. Richard Dawkins all the time talks about the appearance of design. Why do they use those terms? Because I don't care where you look in our world, around anything that God made, the closer you get to it. You use an electron microscope, use a telescope, the more amazing it is. You look at anything that man made, it's junk. The closer you get to it. So we see design everywhere. Design requires designer. His name is Jesus. And he told us what he did, how he did, when he did, and why he did.
Biblical Worldview Camps: Building an Unshaken Generation for Christ
Alex McFarland Amen. The voice you're hearing is that of Carl Kirby, longtime friend and colleague. Hey, every summer we have kids come to our Biblical Worldview camps. and Carl and I have partnered on these for many years. It's called Unshaken because we believe the Christian faith is the firm foundation. Hey Carl, we've got a break. We're going to come back, give the website of the camps because look, summer of 2027 is coming. What's the website for our summer camps, Carl?
Tim Wildmon Unshaken camp singularcamp.com and it'll take you right to it, give you all the dates and everything.
Alex McFarland Unshakencamp.com Alex McFarland here. Carl Kirby, this is the American Family Radio Network and I'm very honored to be sitting in on the Hamilton Corner for Abe Hamilton. Stay tuned more after this brief break.

The Impact of Unshaken Camps: Equipping Teenagers with Faith and Apologetics
Abraham Hamilton III Shining light into the darkness. This is the Hamilton corner on American Family Radio.
Alex McFarland Welcome back to the program. Alex McFarland here. what a joy always to speak with Carl Kirby of reasons for hope. I mentioned just before the commercial break that we've got our summer camps and let me just say regarding, getting teenagers, you know, we do the fun camp stuff we go hiking. You know, we play volleyball, depending on the camp. Like the Montana camp where we go has horseback riding, and then there are many other places. But we do something that's different. I believe, and I've been a youth pastor since 89. Okay. but we get into the Bible, we explain the Gospel. Every summer, we have dozens of kids come to Faith in Jesus and they're saved. They believe in the Lord Jesus. But we get into apologetics and we talk about. Part of the reason we call it Unshaken is because when kids go to college, they're going to get blindsided by Darwinian evolution, methodological naturalism, critical theory, so many things. Carl Kirby, how receptive, in your experience, are young people to drill down deeply and to know God personally, to know the scriptures, to be able to defend the Christian faith? do kids, respond to this,
Tim Wildmon Alex? Adults don't believe us when we tell them.
Transforming Young Lives Through Discipleship, Media, Ministry, and Worship Training
I mean, I literally have video of where the kids are outside playing on one of their breaks. And then we didn't even have to announce that it was that the sessions were getting started. Some of the kids looked at their wife and said, hey, it's time for the next session, and literally started running in. We didn't even have to announce it. 17 teaching sessions over five days that are mandatory, plus the voluntary ones, which we never get, less than 50% of the kids to come back to. I'll never forget a parent telling me one time, what are you guys going to talk talk about? I told him, and she was like, oh, please, please don't do that. I said, what do you mean? My daughter's going to be calling me on Tuesday wanting to come home. I said, we've never had that. Well, we've never had that. Matter of fact, we have the testimonies at the end of the week where the kids are literally crying because they got to go home and they don't want to go home. They want to continue on.
Alex McFarland Oh, yeah. I mean, generally we have, like, check in on Sunday or Monday, and we go up to Friday. Hey, on Friday at lunchtime, when it's time to pack up and get back on the buses. listen, the kids are, like, wiping tears away going, I wish we had another week. Can we stay one more week? Isn't that awesome?
Tim Wildmon It is. And one thing that we're adding this year, Alex, that I'd love people to know about, is we're adding a discipleship component, because here's the goal in three areas. It's going to be Media. It's going to be ministry and it's going to be worship. All of our speakers, including Mr. Alex here, we're going to have a special session, set aside a couple sessions where we are pouring into whoever wants to go into whichever area. So you got somebody that wants to be a speaker. Come on. You're going to be with Alex, myself, Juan. We're going to listen to your talk, we're going to give you feedback. I'm going to help you make your presentation even better. Then you're going to do that presentation for the whole group. we're going to help people in worship because the goal is when you leave, when that young person goes back to church, they're going to be able to plug into an existing ministry or start a new one with mom, dads and the pastor's approval.
Alex McFarland Do you know what, Carl? when I worked for Dr. James Dobbs and focused on the family, it was such a blessing. But I was one of only two or three people that was an approved media speaker. I went on the BBC, I went on Fox News, cnn, C span.
Empowering Youth for Ministry and Encouraging Participation in Unshaken Camps
I went through a lot of training. And there was a Christian group out of California that, did the media training. In fact, they had done media training for Pepsi, they had done media training for, national figures. And Dr. Dobson, two, three times a year would bring in these media training, people. And it was just a blessing from God that I got authorized to speak on behalf of Dr. Dobson and Focus on the family. Here's my point. The very same public speaking that I was taught, that I've also taught at places like Liberty University. I teach at the camps for the kids that feel like they might go into the ministry. And I think about last Florida, Carl, you and I were in Florida with one of our camps. Frank, Figueroa was there, who's absolutely one of my favorite speakers, Dr. Juan Valdez. I was doing the technical word is really homiletics, which is teaching people how to preach and teach the scriptures. But these kids, they were like, Mr. Alex, will you teach me how to preach? because someday I might be a preacher. And my point is, we love it. And these young people are so receptive. So, ah, grown ups, friends, Romans, countrymen, now is the time to pray about summer of 27, because we're seeing God raise up an unshaken generation. And you and I and your youth group, your teens can be a part of it. Carl, give us that website. And what are some of the localities and dates Please.
Tim Wildmon Yes.
Impact of Unshaken Camps: Discipleship, Evangelism, and Training Future Leaders
Unshaken Camp. Ah, singular dot com. And I'm going to read these because I don't want to mess them up. We're in North Carolina twice. Aden, North Carolina, July 18th to 23rd. Then Brevard the next week, the 25th through the 30th. We're in Ekalaka, Montana, June 6th to 11. And then Stevens, Pennsylvania, August 22nd to 27. And those dates and everything are on the unshakencamp, dot com website. And we are looking to do more. So if you have a camp in your area that wants to work with us, get them in touch with us, because we're looking for other areas. We want to. We want to be very strategic in where we do these, and we want to impact a generation.
Alex McFarland Amen. You know, I was just on the, phone a few days ago. Jim and Kim Pardee, that have run the camp in Ekalaka, Montana, Trails in Christian Ranch. They've given their life to build this camp. They're fantastic people. He called me up and he said, the, most requested camp is you guys in your biblical worldview camp. He said, we had a waiting list and, oh, my goodness, Montana. Besides God's beautiful creation and the scenery, we have seen so many lives impacted.
Abraham Hamilton III Amen.
Alex McFarland And, you know, listen to this, Carl. Last summer we were in Pennsylvania. And, Is that the one that's called Refreshing Mountain Christian Camp?
Fred Jackson Yes.
Tim Wildmon Yes. Amazing.
Alex McFarland Okay. A young lady, comes up to me. She goes, Mr. McFarland, we, love your teaching. She said, I came to the Lord about five summers ago. I've grown every summer I'm back. She said, I just finished a philosophy degree at NewSong Jersey State because they're from the Newark, NewSong Jersey area. I said, okay. Praise God. She said, you teaching helped me thrive, even though I was in a very secular program. She said, now I'm in law school this fall, fall of 26, at, your urging, Mr. McFarland, I'm going to become a constitutional lawyer. I'm going to defend America from Sharia law. Now, here's my point, Carl. In discipling, you know, evangelizing, discipling, equipping, encouraging, launching for these young lives in the making. We've got to be in this for the long haul. Agreed.
Fred Jackson Amen.
Supporting the Mission: Scholarships for Youth Camps and Ministry Donations
Tim Wildmon Amen. And that young lady you're talking about, she's actually helping lead worship next year, she and her sister. So, it is amazing to see how the impact is continuing to grow. It's not just one and done. I mean, because we've been there a number of years now. So we have young people that have been there as campers multiple years and now they're coming back as counselors and we are seeing discipleship happening. We are seeing lives being transformed and change. Your teaching has had a huge impact on a lot of people and we are praising God that we get the privilege of doing what we do. So I would ask people for prayers. I really would.
Alex McFarland Amen.
Tim Wildmon I'd ask you to consider supporting us in these things because we need it. This generation needs us to pour into them and we're willing to run with it. So get behind us.
Alex McFarland Well, and if you want to scholarship a young person. And I want to say this in 28 years, I give God the glory. I did camps for a lot of years. Just our ministry truth, for a new generation. Then Carl and I, we've been friends for many years and I just My love and respect for you and your family is beyond words, Carl. But here's the thing folks. We have never ever turned away a young person.
Speaker F Never.
Tim Wildmon That's right.
Alex McFarland everybody comes costs money, of course.
Making Christian Camps Accessible: Subsidizing Costs to Reach the Least and Lost
But if you want a scholarship a young person, you can send money either to Reasons for Hope or you can send it to Alex McFarland Ministries. we have a line item that is just camp money. And here's the thing, whether it's $20 or whatever, I mean I think what do we charge young people isn't like about $400, something like that?
Tim Wildmon We have been at 395 forever. there's conversation. Do we have to raise it next year? We're praying that we can get the support and that we don't have to. But we're at 395. Our cost. Just, just to throw it out there, Alex. Yeah, our minimum cost is 550 to 600 at any one of the camps that we go to. So that's how much we have to subsidize for these young people. People say raise the price. Then we have all these young people telling us I can't come. And I would, I would much rather get these young folks there and get folks to support us in doing it.
Alex McFarland Well and let me say there's, there's ah, a very well known Christian camp in America, God bless them. But their cost is about $2800. Now we would never do that because God's allowed us to reach and equip a lot of kids. For example, you mentioned Brevard last summer. It was fantastic. That's Western North Carolina, kind of up in Billy Graham country. Many of these kids had never been out of the inner city. If some of them had never, ever seen mountains. And they were just amazed they were in the mountains. And they get out there in God's creation. And we're teaching, we're just with them in God's word. And they can hear the still, small voice. And so as you help us, we're not going to be that camp that charges 25, $2,800 because we are seeing God reach, the least and the lost. And they're becoming mighty, mighty champions for the gospel. Carl Kirby.
Reasons for Hope: Resources and Ministries for Christian Growth and Outreach
We got to pull away right now. Your website, your travel schedule, how can people find you online?
Tim Wildmon R F O R H.com is the website. And our app, which is the best tool I can put in their hand free of charge, is R F O R H. Just search for that in your app store.
Alex McFarland Yes. And by the way, Tim Wildmon, the president of American family, I was on his radio show a month ago, kind of doing a recap of summer 26, and he said to me on national radio, he said, alex, when you get these dates, you have my blessing. You promote, promote, promote. Because we want to fill up these camps with American teenagers. Carl Kirby. Blessings. We got to change gears, man. Be safe, be bold, and we'll see you soon.
Tim Wildmon God, bless.
Alex McFarland God bless. This is the Hamilton Corner with Alex McFarland.

At seven years old, I went civil mission to Israel and the civil war in the Middle east and then came to United States of America to do still jihad, which is conquer, America from within. And I was conquered by the God of this nation, Jehovah, God Almighty.
Alex McFarland Amen.
Speaker F and in process I met three Christian men that they took care of me after the car wreck. And I had an encounter with Jesus Christ. And I gave my life to him and he called me to arise. Kum. And I had a broken neck, collarbone, ribs. You know I was devastated. And when I rose up, I was totally healed. My heart was reformed and my mind was rewired and I knew only a true living God can do this. And I gave my life to the living God and his son Jesus Christ. And today I'm a follower of Christ and president of Coom Ministries.

Speaker F Network.
Alex McFarland Please stay tuned.
Christian Engagement in Politics: Voting and Defending Biblical Values
Ed Vitagliano Well, Fred, it is, today is three weeks away from the election, midterm election, and a, lot of talk about how this is going to go for Republicans especially, probably going to maybe lose the House and the Senate. there is always talk at election time that Christians should stay out of the political process, just be, you know, spiritual and win lost souls. All that is important. what would you say to people who are wondering whether they should go out, get registered if there's still time, and to vote in three weeks?
Fred Jackson Well, political issues are Christian issues. When we talk about things like abortion, when we talk about, men who say there are women and want to go into women's restrooms and playing women's sports, I mean, that's not just a political issue. It is a Christian issue. And been, reading some interesting articles in Decision magazine. Franklin Graham talking about this, gentleman from the Colson Center. Socialism is a Christian issue. Socialism is about making man God, the system that America has made America. Success is obedience to God's word. And yes, there are problem areas, but there is a huge difference. And it is a spiritual issue because when socialism comes in, it's man celebrating man. Man becomes God, man oversees everything. And I'll tell you what, we just have to look at other countries, Ed, that have tried socialism. They basically want to chase Christianity out of the scene.
Ed Vitagliano That's right, because it's a competing ideology. I, heard, Dr. Ray Pritchard say that, yes, we all understand as Christians that government can't save our nation, but it sure can hurt our nation and can do a lot to damage the church and, to become an obstacle to the preaching of the gospel, which of course is the most important. But, Jesus says to be salt and light. And I think it's fair to say that voting and standing up for biblical values is at least part of that in a country where you're free to vote. And we will be covering here at American Family Radio election night on November 3rd. You'll be able to tune in to American Family Radio and we'll have staff from AFR from our news team and special guests talking about the election and what those results mean for, the next two years as we prepare for a presidential election in 2028.
Alex McFarland's Ministry: Sharing the Gospel and Evangelizing Muslims
Abraham Hamilton III The Hamilton quarter podcast and one minute commentaries are available at afr.net back to the Hamilton corner on American Family Radio.
Alex McFarland Welcome back to the program. Alex McFarland here. AlexMcFarland.com I've got a lot on the road this fall. I'm speaking for Child Evangelism Fellowship. I'm speaking in Florida, coming, soon to a town near you perhaps. And, I've got some articles I've written that have been published on Townhall.com and the Wallnua Street Journal and elsewhere. If you go to my website, which is alexmcfarland.com please check out what we're doing. Keep Us in Prayer, the website of my very special colleague and guest, Kamal Saleem. It's KUM Ministries, M K O O M M E Koom Ministries with an ies. Kamal, you do a lot of speaking all over the world. Really. What's your passion topic? When somebody says you have the microphone, what's your favorite topic to teach on?
Speaker F Well, our heart desire is to really evangelize the Muslim and teach the church how to reach the Muslims. And also, we also talk about the radical remnant, which is the ugly truth as we talk about the beautiful truth. And that is what is the Islamist agenda to United States of America and, the Western hemisphere and how they are able to, infiltrate and conquer and their latest strategy and how they're doing it. But nevertheless, we love the Muslims. My family are Muslim and I love them. And we want to save the Muslims.
Understanding the Difference Between the God of Islam and the God of Christianity
Alex McFarland What's the difference between the God of Christianity and the God of Islam?
Speaker F The difference between the two is one, of them is a God, you know, who said that he want only slaves and he could not have a family. And only the highest rank in his kingdom is to kill and be killed. And that is, the God of Islam is Allah. And the other God is, is Jehovah, God Almighty. He is God of, you know, from the beginning to the end of our humanities, through history, the word of God has been spoken by him to humanity. And now he is, his has been wanting a family, sons and daughters. And the difference between this, God and the other God, One God wants you to die for him, and the other God died for us. So I choose the living God. The one who is, you know, rose again in glory and power. And he died for me. And that's the true living God, Kamal.
Alex McFarland this morning I spoke at a men's breakfast. It was great. And there were some college students there and a young man, wonderful Christian young man. He said that his college roommate was a Muslim. And the m. Muslim roommate said Jesus didn't really die on the cross. That the story of Christ dying on the cross is not really historically true. first of all, do Muslims really believe that? And if so, how do we respond to that?
Speaker F Yes.
The Islamic Denial of the Crucifixion and Its Implications for Christianity
So in the Muslim world they don't believe that Jesus Christ is crucified. Thus it nullify his sonship and his resurrection power and, and what he rose for. So where his blood become a covenant for our life. So thus, you know, Islam become the, the Antichrist, you know, and so, but the Muslim by their, by themselves, they have no evidence of this. This is a hearsay because the Bible state that in the Old Testament and the NewSong Testament, Isaiah 53, it describes everything about what happened to Jesus Christ. And in the NewSong Testament how Jesus Christ fulfilled Isaiah 53 and many other prophecy. He is the fulfillment of prophecy. While Islam is written by one man, you know, the entire Islamic religion is given to one man. His name is Muhammad and he, he's written all by himself. And it was so confusing and it was not written until 60 years after his death by his third Khalif. And thus they don't know which is the beginning, which is the end. So they wrote them from smallest to the greatest. And Islam has not been verified historically, whether it has miracles, whether it has a God who interest interacted with humanity except with the sword and that is demanding from people their life either become Muslim or die.
Alex McFarland I've got a book that you wrote called the Blood of Lambs that has your amazing miracle story. what other books have you written, Kamal?
Kamal Saleem's Books: Evangelizing Muslims and Understanding the Islamist Agenda
Speaker F I have written three books so far. The first one is the Blood of Lamb. That's my autobiography. And it tells you about the infiltration of the United States of America and the God of this nation that is protecting this nation. The second book I wrote with General Jerry Boykin, who is one of the founder of Delta Force. And it's a novel, it's based on truth and it's called the Coalition. And we wrote it together based on truth and our lives. And the last one is Ishmael Redeemed Call to the Kingdomnomics. How God Is Reaching the Muslim in the Last Days and Appearing to the Muslim where 6 million Muslim are converting to Jesus Christ every year. And then not just that, but also how to reach a Muslim. And it shows you where God said he will do this and we will see about 1 billion Muslims coming to Christ in the last days.
Alex McFarland Amen. Amen. there's so much I want to ask you before time fleets away. I do want to ask you though, you know, days from now we have an election, midterm elections, and there are a record number of Muslims running for office from Washington down to local cities.
The Threat of Islamism in American Politics and the Muslim Brotherhood's Influence
What are your thoughts about this, Kamal? And what is your challenge to American voters?
Speaker F Well, here's the thing. America has a lot to lose where we have Islamists who are sworn, to destroy the Jews and Christians in their own Quran in their word, commended by Allah. And when we see, you know, what's happening in the United States of America today, we see in 2000 or May. May 2000, 9. On the 27th of May, the federal judge in Texas, handed a, a judgment against a group, people called the Muslim Brotherhood in, in the Holy Land foundation trial. And they were indicted and many of them are sent to jails up to 60 years. And so we see that a lot of the politicians that they are running now from, you, know, Abdul Al Said, in Michigan. And we see also Zahran Mandani, in, in NewSong York and then we see Ilhan Omar in Minnesota and many others. you know, There are over 255 Muslims serving throughout the the American government from the the state, from the Senate, from the House representative all the way down to city councils to over 255.
Fred Jackson And.
Speaker F But what's so radical about this is the Muslim Brotherhood, organization is strong, sworn to destroy America and Israel. And now these people are funded by, you know, this organization. And they are, not funded, but founded by them as well. The Muslim Brotherhood put them up, front. And now we are facing this nightmare that they may become senators. And now they can fight this nation from within instead, you know, bringing 911 to our nation, they can bring it from inside out. Just like we see in Zohra Mandani destroying NewSong York from inside.
Alex McFarland Economically, you know, it's just, it really is hard to believe that NewSong York city, where nearly 3,000Americans died on September 11, 2001.
Irony of 9/11 and the Rise of Islam in America: A Call to Action
And by the way, you know, roughly 30 hours after 9 11, I was in the rubble of Ground Zero. I was a chaplain with the Billy Graham Ministry. I was up there for two weeks. and look, the terrorists of 9 11, they did what they did in the name of Allah. And 25 years later, that city that lost 3,000 citizens due to Islam jihadism, that city now has a Muslim mayor. to me, Kamal, that is just painfully ironic.
Speaker F Yeah, people need to watch your Last conference, that Tamara place in North Carolina, if it's online, because this reveals who are these people and how they're doing it and what's their agenda to destroy America in the future. This election In November, November 3rd, you know, about 62 to 82% of the conservative movement is voted by the boomers of the United States of America. We need the young men and women to really arise and step forward and take initiative in, not just helping this nation to survive, but defending this nation and future generation from being destroyed.
Alex McFarland Indeed.
The Impact of Christian Evangelism on the Muslim and Jewish Worlds
And you mentioned that video. it was called Conversations that, a Christian Response to Islam with Kamal Saleem, Mohammad Faridi. even as we speak, we're finishing up, just putting some titles on it, little editing, not. Not any editing as in cutting. But we had to put a, you know, announcement slide, put some credits on the end. It's probably on YouTube for free, totally free. The teaching of Kamal Saleem and Mohammad Faridi. Because, as you said, you know, we love these people and we want them to know Jesus the Savior. And, Kamal, one last question. I know time fleets away, and there's so much I always want to ask you. the children of Ishmael, if they find Messiah, might it prompt a hunger in the children of Isaac? how the evangelization of the Arabic world, could that put a, jealousy, a holy jealousy in the heart of Isaac?
Speaker F Absolutely. That. That is a great question. And I'm, I'm, so, so blessed, to have someone like you to speak, asking the right questions. In my book, Ishmael Redeemed Call to the Kingdomnomics. You can find it on our, website, and you can see that over there, how that will entreat the Jewish people to come to know Jesus Christ. So we are in a place and time today that God says, in the last days I will pour out my spirit on all flesh. That old man, young men, old women, young women will, will, you know, have dreams and vision, and they will prophesy.
Reaching the Muslim World: The Power of the Gospel and the Book 'Ishmael Redeemed'
Alex McFarland And.
Speaker F And so. And so when we are looking at all this, we are seeing, you know, that this is, happening right now with 6 million conversion, and that is the. By the census, Islamic census, every year, 10 million in, in, in Iran alone. And. And so when we, when people like me come to Jesus Christ, they fall in love with God of heaven and earth. The Jesus that I saw, he was a Jewish rabbi. He was not a, you know, a, Christian carrying, the cross. He was a Jewish rabbi with the tallit on his shoulders, with his holes in his hand and his feet. And he's bringing people like ah, us to testify to the church first that Jesus Christ is Lord and then to go to their brother under the tent of Abraham and tell them the time is, has come that Jesus Christ has called you home. When I went to Israel, and they put me to speak to the kibbutz, 114 people came to Jesus Christ from the Jewish soldiers just hearing my story about my encounter with Jesus, Jesus Christ and they know my past that I was, I was, you know, I hated you. I went into mission against the Jews, but now I'm trying to save the Jews. And they believed in God of heaven and earth and they testify that Jesus Christ is Lord. And and the baptism, we baptize Muslims over there. you know many of them are coming just waiting for the invitation. But I want to say this clearly. If you want to see America in the next five years, where America will be, look what's happening in Britain and friends and we can learn from that lesson. But if you have, if you have the zealously for Christ and for our belief, you need to really get this book Ishmael Redeem behind me from our website coolministries.com and learn how to reach the Muslims because they are waiting for invitation in our streets and throughout the world.
Alex McFarland you know, thank you Kamal. And by the way folks, first time we've ever publicly announced this but a few days ago Kamal and I talked about this.
National Summit on Muslim Evangelization: A Call for Prayer and Support
our board enthusiastically, 100% affirmed what I'm about to say. But in the fall of 27 we're going to have a national summit meeting on the evangelization of Muslims. And we Kamal, since you and I talked a couple of days ago, we're talking about the venue, the auditorium, the budget, the promotion, you as one of the keynote speakers. But stay tuned folks. We're going to prayerfully and we'll promote this like crazy. But we're going to do a national conference on reaching the most. And Kamal, I'm just so thrilled that you'll be a part of it.
Speaker F Thank you for the honor. Thank you for the honor, Alex. Thank you for being a blessing to all of us and to the kingdom of God.
Alex McFarland Well you're a blessing. Thanks for being with us. We'll talk again soon, I'm sure. Keep Kamal in prayer again. His website Koom Ministries, k-o o m e ministries.com Alex McFarland here.

Introducing Kamal Saleem: A Powerful Voice for Christ in the Muslim World
We're going to sort of transition in just a moment. Another colleague also doing vital work, and that's evangelizing Muslims. His name is Kamal Saleem. Now, we've been friends over 22, 23 years. He was recently a keynote speaker for us in our conversations that matter, I don't think ever. We've had as much feedback asking for part two of this event. His name is Kamal Saleem. He is a follower of Christ, a mighty man of God, one of my closest friends. Welcome to the American Family Radio Network, Mr. Kamal Saleem.
Speaker F Thank you, brother Alex. thank you for, what you do and for advancing the kingdom of God and for being speaking the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Thank you for what you do.
Alex McFarland Well, thank you, my dear brother. I've got some exciting, news to announce in a moment, but first I want you to introduce yourself. who is Kamal Saleem?
Kamal Saleem's Journey: From Child Soldier to Christian Ministry Leader
KUM Ministries. Tell us about yourself, dear brother.
Speaker F Well, we have a ministry called Koum Ministry, which is Arise, which is after the risen Christian. and, our job is to educate and teach the churches, colleges, conferences, seminars, you know, all over, including media. And my past life dictate dictated what I do today. I was born in Beirut, Lebanon to ah, Muslim Sunni family. I was a child soldier.
Alex McFarland Amen. Amen. folks, I want you to be familiar with Kamal Saleem. Pray for him as he literally travels the world on behalf of the Gospel. so you and I were together October 3rd and you were the keynote speaker in one of our, we do a lot of events called Conversations that Matter.
The Impact of Kamal Saleem's Ministry and Sharing Jesus with Muslims
And I have to say with all my heart, in the last 20 plus years we've done 51 citywide events where we get Christians, churches, we have great speakers. Yourself included Abraham Hamilton iii, Jenna Ellis, James Dobson. A lot, a lot, a lot of great speakers. we've never had such glowing feedback. Kamala. everybody yourself. And then also Mohammad Faridi was there. I just want to first of all, thank you. That night, the spirit of God worked through you. We've just gotten volumes of feedback and basically everybody says bring this man back. We want more. So thank you sir.
Speaker F To God be the glory.
Alex McFarland So, you're on the road speaking and let me just say this folks, if you, your church, you want to learn how to share Jesus with the Muslims that are now all around our neighbors, our co workers, the Muslims have come to America. They need Christ. Kamal Saleem will teach your people how to evangelize Muslims. We have a brief break. Kamal, before we go in this first break, what is your website?
Speaker F It's my website is Kum M Ministries. That is K O O M E Next Word Ministries, plural.com.
Alex McFarland kUM Ministries Ministries I. E. S kumministries.com we're going to talk about how to share Jesus with Muslims with Kamal Saleem after this brief break on the American Family Radio Network.
